A well located hotel with good entrance lounge, clean & reasonable size rooms as well as bath room with good staff. From hotel, we can have a good view of town square as well as Marmara sea. Morning breakfast is generous with many varieties.

it is not a 5* hotel but it should better to said that marmaray hotel provide a friendly and comfortable place with good service (not excellent) and clean room . i think it is one of the best choice for staying in istanbul . i wish to have a good trip and be happy .

Everything was payed in advance but they transfered me to the other Hotel. which is around the corner. The Hotel Grand Emin belongs to the same chain but the standard is a bit below the Marmaray.... i had a business trip to istanbul last week,every thing is small but clean and new,the hotel has just renewed,the staff are so friendly that you can find it rarely in other hotel in turkeybut its noisy because of libian people who are there.the libian people argue always and talk loud all the time

I confirmed the room in this hotel but they told me that their rooms were overbooked when I arrived. And they wanted to transfer me to a 3 star hotel. Don't trust this hotel!
