We were stayed in King Palace in November. The feeling was that the hotel is poor. The rooms are very dark and there are a lot of humidity in them. The breakfast is ok, you can eat local products and the stuff is correct.

I had a generally really good experience at this hotel. It was a budget hotel, but definitely enjoyed it. Oxana was extremely helpful. She was always willing to help out or give advise, and also her english was very good. They didn't just treat me as just some other guest. The hotel was close to the sites and to restaurants.... We were moved to the king Palace hotel, since the hotel we had reserved was under restoration. The manager, Oxana, received us warm-heartedly, and made us feel all through our stay at the hotel, that we were most welcome customers, almost like personal friends. The hotel is situated in quite a poor area, but very close to Sultan Ahmet tourist... More

Location is close to main attractions. Hotel owner and receptionist Nazif were very hospitable and receive you with smile. Breakfast was fine but with less variety. overall good but a bit expensive hotel probably due to location.

Quaint and characterful, this small hotel is wonderfully situated in a quiet street within very easy walking distance of everything you would want to see in the old quarter. It's a homely budget hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and good value for money. Check out the wonderful open air food market just uphill! We had a medical emergency late... More

I stayed at King Palace Hotel twice.....in 2012 and in 2013. It is an excellent hotel for "budget travelers"........clean and safe, with a friendly and helpful staff.......in a great location......and with a very good price for any hotel in Istanbul. A very nice breakfast is included in the price.......and the breakfast room gives a wonderful view of "Little Ayasofya Mosque",... More
