The location of the hotel is remarkable, it‘s close to most of the monuments we needed to visit, just 5 miutes walking to the blue mosque and aya sofia, the staff are outstanding specially Aysha from reception she‘s extremely helpful, aletred, and obliging. The breakfast is fine, not super but sufficient. What i want to highlight is the towels have... More

I stayed at King Palace Hotel twice.....in 2012 and in 2013. It is an excellent hotel for "budget travelers"........clean and safe, with a friendly and helpful staff.......in a great location......and with a very good price for any hotel in Istanbul. A very nice breakfast is included in the price.......and the breakfast room gives a wonderful view of "Little Ayasofya Mosque",... More

We booked this hotel from booking.com and were not so sure what to expect. Now I can tell that it turned out to be a good choice! The hotel is located in a quiet slightly rundown neighbourhood near little Ayasofia and the sea. Beware of climbing up-and downhill a lot as all the main tourist attraction are uphill from the... The hotel is a bit difficult to find, but as it's right next to Little Hagia Sophia, then finding that is not so difficult. It's located in a charming residential area which is quite run down at the moment, but not for long. It's also far enough from all the bustle and noise of Sultanahmet. Going to the main street... The hotel is situated in Sultanahmed. Our room was realy nice and clean. The bathroom is very small, but I dont need a huge bathroom. It is situated right on the street and do it is noisy. We had our breakfast in a restaurant in the street and it was very good. The staff was very friendly. I can highly... More

We have chosen this hotel based on the reviews in here but it turned out to be a great disappointment. We have stayed before in Istanbul, even in Sultanahmet area and I know that the rooms are small, but the one we received was very tiny. Between the beds and the wall you had a space of 30 cm to...
