What a great welcome from Nural and the customer service desk were ever so helpful. We really enjoyed our five night stay, good central location for all tourist attractions, lovely spa to relax before our evening meal, nice clean rooms with an excellent breakfast each morning. The hotel organized our transport to and from the airport and their staff were... More

The staff was very warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The deluxe room was very small, but beautiful and charming and the pool, sauna and small exercise room were a great addition and allowed for some well-needed relaxation after walking the city all day! Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. By far the best thing about the... More

It's located ideally close to everything. Well connected with transportation. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Elegantly decorated and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was modest on hot options. But they made eggs to your liking. Gym is not good only 1 crosstrainer, 1 treadmill, 1 bench and few light weights. We stayed in room 1501 and it had the... We four, had travelled for nearly 24 hours, reaching the hotel exhausted at 6:30am! We were offered breakfast and 1 of our 2 rooms immediately despite the 2pm check in rule. Very accommodating. Levni is walking distance from Eminonu Pier, Galata Bridge, bazaars, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterns and restaurants. The rooms are plush and spotless. Breakfast is generous... More

We were a bit nervous about the location of the hotel but the location turned out to be perfect. Five minute walk to the Grand Bazar, 15 minutes from Taksim square, and close to the ferries. It's also walking distance from some great restaurants and roof top dinning with amazing views. It's also walking distance to the blue masque. The... More

Listen to Nural Guest relations manager for best advice on tours, trips and personal guides and avoid street touts. Ten minutes walk to all Sultanahmet area sights. The personal guide I used was well worth the money great info and you jump queues (Emre Akdeniz).

Overall A really good hotel in a city which, for once, certainly does live up to the hype. The Levni is perhaps marked out by two things in particular: its location and its staff. Location Couldn't be better located really. Within 5 to 10 minutes walk you can be at: Hagia Sofia; Topkapi Palace; the Blue Mosque; the Grand Bazaar... More

We stayed here for a few days and will definitely return. As others have noted, guest relations led by Nural are outstanding, nothing is ever too much trouble and their advice is spot on, always good quality and not too expensive. The location is first class and in Sultanahmet so the majority of sites are close by. We recommend the... More

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighborhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
