Through a combo holiday package offered by Qatar Airways (which gave awesome value for money deal), Hotel New House as the provided accommodation was a strategically placed yet cozy lodge for be it a couple or family of 4.

Booked a room here, I read the reviews about it not being easy to find. Well, I undervalued those reviews. I arrived at the airport at around 9 pm. Prior to departing I tried to call the provided phone number several times. Once there was an answer, but it background noise sounded like a call center, and after about 30... More

I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews of this property before I booked because they echoed our experience far better than the positive reviews. We had two rooms for our family for 4 nights. Both rooms had peeling wallpaper and in the larger room, the wall was missing large chunks of plaster. Both bathrooms were extremely... More

When we arrived we were placed in an executive suite with a double bed and single bed. The wall paper in the room was already peeling off the walls The toilet had a foul smell omitting from it. We were then told on our second day of our four night stay we where being moved to a different room due... More

The outside appearance of the hotel misled us into thinking our room would be small and dark. We were wrong. Our room was huge, light and airy. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff/owners were friendly and helpful- good family atmosphere. As others have said, the location is great. We walked to all the main attractions and there... More

Have stayed here a couple of times now, decent prices, clean rooms & comfortable. Breakfast was ok, similar to what you'll find in most of the hotels in this area - I've stayed at a few now. I see comments about it being the same every day - what do these reviewers expect? Location is superb, close to main tourist... More

First - the location is the best for visiting Istanbul. In the old part of the city, close to the Bazar and just few blocks away from the main visiting points in Istambul. The "boutique" hotel is a good one, with reasonable prices. Decent conditions, clean, towels changed daily. Small with some small improvements needed compensate with the position. Decent... More

The day we arrived, we discover that there is no such room called superior triple and all triple rooms are the same and it took one full day until we got the room, so we stayed one night in a very tiny room without opening our luggage, the room we got next day was good comfort room and bed, Breakfast... I stayed at this hotel with friends in a triple room as part of the Euro trip, and it was definitely the most expensive and worst experience in the entire trip. Although location in old city is nice, other friends stayed at better hotels for similar prices. Room was dirty, staff try to sell you stuff and give bad advice... More

Great location. 5 minutes from Grand Bazaar in one side and from Aya Sophia and Blue Mosque on the other. Hotel staff is really nice and helpful. Rooms are not great, but are fair to the price charged. The only bad aspect for the hotel is the noise: you can hear every single noise from the street and from other... More
