This renovated Ottoman mansion, decorated in the style of that era, is a charming, homey hotel with only eight rooms. We stayed for three nights in a superior double on the first floor and found the room to be spacious and clean with plenty of places to sit. The bed offered excellent comfort. Lighting, however, did not illuminate a corner... More

Compact hotel situated within a comfortable walk from Hagia Sofya and the Blue Mosque and from there, via tram, to the other parts of the city, easily. Also located about 5 minutes to the pleasant coastal walkway along the Sea of Marmara. Restaurants abound in the neighbourhood but I suspect, for some, the surrounding area may be a bit touristy.... Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, great food, great view, perfect location, excellent price. Concierge noticed that it's my birthday and the in the evening there was a surprise for me - a small cake and candles. It was nice. Almost all major sights and a few good restaurants are close to the hotel.

To have a hotel like this so close to the main sites and yet in a quiet street is rare. The rooms are spacious and clean (the shower works well!); the staff are lovely and very helpful (owner please note, I hope you are paying them well, they are the face of your hotel); the breakfast is excellent in a... Great place to stay! My friends and I stayed at the Esans Hotel 3 days in Nov. 2014(off season). We were treated like part of their family, very warm and friendly, staff was extremely helpful. Our room was nice, clean and very spacious with a view of the water, accommodated 3 of us easily. Fabulous location with very close walk... More

This hotel is very cute and cozy. Everything you would like to see and visit is within a 5-15 minute walk from the hotel (Topkapi Palace, Ayasofya, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and Basilica Cistern). The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They will do any and everything to make sure you enjoy your stay.

I stayed here just for one night on a hectic stopover, but I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff were kind and accommodating, sending me detailed directions for the tram (and offering airport pickup) before I arrived and letting me check in early, which I greatly appreciated after my red-eye flight. The location was perfect (just behind the... More

All staff are really nice and helpful, especially these young men in reception. We really like your old style home-run hotel and the airport transportation service is also worth the money,we will choose here again if we would back to Istanbul and will recommend your hotel to our friends.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sultanahmet within walking distance to several tourist attractions. It was very easy to go around the city from this location. The best part of our stay was getting great advise from the hotel staff. They are knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do and are more than will to help out. We... More
