We stayed 3 days in the hotel; although we booked triple room, we were given a junior suit and the rooms were clean and spacious. We were happy with the hotel stuff. All of them were very polite and helpful. The service was very good. I would especally like to mention the receptionist Mahmut who was very kind. Remarkable is... More

We was in there for 3 days, it is far from city center, and 10 min walks to metro station.the rooms were clean. hotel mall smell like bathroom! staffs stares at you while eating breakfeas! it made me fricky. but breakfeas was delicious. Mini bar of the hotel is more expensive from out supermarkets, avoid use of it. we know... More

Turkish airlines had a mistake and left Istanbul without us. so they gave us a room in this hotel. the location is terrible. very far from the center and you need to pay 35 lira for a taxi which is expensive. the stuff did not speak a good English but they try to do their best in helping us, but... It has a very bad location.very far from everywhere. nothing is around it ,for everything you must waste some time & money. it's breakfast was very normal (many things were empty each day) & asked for 5TL when i ordered just 1 Tea Bag at breakfast table !! i would say 2 or 3 stars at max. just clean up... I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during a business trip to Istanbul. Hotel has breakfast room with a wide selection of hot- and cold dishes, but is very crowded because of the several tourist groups. During breakfast it is more a kind of canteen then a restaurant. For the dinner, another small restaurant offers a selection of Turkish... More

We were there for three nights, we got a room at the street side, which was very noisy due the passing the metro close to the hotel. We asked the reception to change the room, and the day after they gave us a room at other side, which was much quieter. To reach the city center you need to take... More

we went to Grand S hotel for our holiday. The whole stay at this hotel was so stressful and just a bad experience. The hotel staff made us change room during mid night when we were not at 100% and they managed to steal my husbands silver necklace. The hotel manager had nothing to offer other than a very rude... Apparently any hotel can call itself a "Grand" and this is no Grand hotel. In addition to being in the boonies, it is adjacent to a highway and you will hear traffic noises constantly through the drafty windows. The staff is mostly helpful but can get surly and short with you if you ask for butter for your rolls during... More

I've stayed for 1 night in this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is located right across the Istanbul main bus station and this makes it extremely convenient for layovers waiting for your bus to depart. I've booked online and it worked like a charm, even if I've arrived close to midnight. The room was on the small side,... More
