The staff is really helpful and helps you going around nice places to visit the city. The hotel has 5 min. walking metro from where you can go airport. Reception people understands english and that helps.

Good hotel with a great rooftop pool and staff seemed friendly. Rooms were clean and everything worked, however were a little noisy due to a bar across the road. Although it is very close to a tram stop which will take you to the sights within a few minutes it's not particularly appealing after dark as there are a few... More

We were somewhat apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. However our fears were unfounded. The hotel is situated in a side street with some noisy bars, but once we stepped inside the hotel it was a very peaceful comfortable atmosphere. We were quickly checked in,it was about 11pm and shown to our room on the 6th floor. There was... More

Do NOT trust their staffs! even the marketing manager is unreliable, booked the rooms two weeks in advance directly by email and confirmed by the marketing manager but when we arrived the rooms were not available and gave us smaller rooms which are so tiny. Noisy rooms with bars next to the hotel. We don't complain their limited English but... More

The hotel is located Aksaray, Istanbul. We stayed there for 4 nights and the hotel is value for money. The Social environment at night outside is not suitable for families as its a red zone. Females should be cautious if alone at night at street. The location is gr8 as it hardly take 2 min for the tram stn. and... More

I booked this hotel through BA and am surprised that they include this as part of a package in the hotel and flight deals. It claims to be 4 star but it is barely 2 star. In arrival we were asked to sign a mini bar receipt. I understood this to mean that the mini bar was full and I... More

We stayed for 4 nights on a city break to Istanbul. The hotel is located on a busy road, but also close to the tram stop with cheap and easy access to all the historical sights. There are plenty of shops and restaurants locally, both cheap and expensive. The rooms are on the small side, and there are no good... More
