Staying at the House Hotel in the Galatasaray feels like you are staying at your own pied a terre apartment, Parisian-style. Except you are located very centrally in the heart of Istanbul. Free accessible wifi, delicious breakfast (included), and most importantly, one of the most elegant beautifully decorated suites I have had the pleasure of staying in. Jihan at the... More

We booked the House Galatasaray because we love staying in small hotels with character. We loved the location of the hotel as it as within easy walking distance of some the cities best attractions and restaurants and because it was in a quiet location. It did not disappoint on this front as it was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights.... More

Dear Naim , Thank you for your detailed review. We are pleased that you enjoyed most aspects of your stay such as the location, rooms, amenities, breakfast and the service of our lounge waiter. However, I am, too, disappointed to read that you found our front desk staff were inattentive to your needs and unhelpful. I am very concerned with... More

Fabulous location. If this is your first trip to Istanbul, or you have been before but only on business then this is without doubt best location to stay to explore all that this city has to offer. Easy access to all historical parts plus ferries to Asian side. Great location of hotel, kind staff and good rooms. Stayed in Penthouse... More

The hotel overall is nice in a house-style building like the old houses of Istanbul which gives it a great image. The room (mini-suite) was quite spacious with nice and comfortable bed and some complimentary items like coffee (espresso machine in the room), water, chocolates, etc... Bathroom was also alright with nice shower. The only problem was that my room... More

I stayed in The House in December and I did enjoy it a lot. The studio was clean, well decorated, good internet connection, well maintained facilities close to the metro. The staff was more than helpful. There is absolutely no problem to communicate in English and have really nice conversation. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay in the HH Galatasaray. The hotel is reasonably close to a Metro stop and conveniently located downhill from Istiklai street shops, restaurants and bars. The décor throughout is lovely and there is a general air of quiet and calm. Staff were all most helpful and friendly.

The HH Galatasaray is an old building with all of the old building charms ( for the grumpy amongst us read that as potential annoyances), the junior suite we stayed in was preselected by the wife on the 2nd floor, there are no elevators so a balance between ground floor road noise at night and breakfast on the 4th floor... We stayed for four nights in this beautifully designed hotel. Staff were very attentive; met the manager on the second evening in the roof top bar, exceptionally helpful and well informed - suggestions for restaurants were great. Hotel is very well run but managed a 'laid back' attitude for guests. A downhill walk takes you across the Galatasaray Bridge and... More

Enjoyed a 3 night stayed here very much, the decor was beautiful and we had a very pleasant stay. We chose the basement room which we found to be bigger than it appeared in the photos.
