I booked 3 nights at the Zeliha Sultan Hotel via Expedia back in June. I received confirmation from Expedia that "Your reservation is guarenteed with your cedit card, you do not have to reconfirm the booking. Payment was to be made directly with the hotel at the time of stay. Imagine our dismay when we turned up at the hotel... More

The hotel maybe surrounded by more glitzy neighbours, however it is very clean, comfortable and the owner Sophia could not be more helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an ideal location as it is... Stayed in a family room for two nights. The room was clean and good size. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, near the major sites and restaurants. This is a large tourist area, so there is plenty going on both day and night. We could walk everywhere and were just minutes from... More
