The hotel has a great location, about 500 metres to Grand Bazaar and 150 m to tram station. We stayed 6 nights (05-11 of July) at the first floor, but unforunately it was a little bit noisy. The rooms are very clean and quite big. Our staying was comfortable due to Elena, guest relation manager, who was very kind to... More

Location is excellent and convenient for visiting the old city and tourist destinations. However the building noise in the area across the road was terrible and went on throughout the night. We complained and the management immeadiately resolved the problem. Breakfasts were average when compared to other hotels in Turkey. The restaurant for dinner however was good and the service... The only thing that is great at this hotel is the location. The rooms are not as we have seen in the pictures.Dirty windows, small bed,bad smell in the bathroom. One night they installed a big commercial sign, right in front at our window, and the made a lot of noise, until midnight. The breakfast was the same every day,not too much to eat,and... More

The location of the hotel is excellent. About 500 meters from the Grand Bazaar and 200 meters from the tram station. The rooftop restaurant/bar/terrace has some nice views and is a nice setting for breakfast. The room we had (108 if im not mistaken) was very big and clean. The bathroom was also spotless and very modern with good shower... More

Had a good stay at the hotel. It was our first time in Istanbul and we were apprehensive about what we were getting into. But the staff was friendly, cooperative and helpful. The hospitality manager met us at reception when we were checking in and offered to guide us for anything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The... More

The hotel has an excellent location with regard to the monumental part of Istanbul and the public transports. The rooms are confortable and clean. All the stuff is particularly kind and always at your disposal. We thank especially Ms. Elena Byrsanu, who cared about our well-being and gave us valuable suggestions for ous stay in the city.
