A fabulous hotel - the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are exquisite. The breakfast is amazing - the best I have experienced. Excellent location with magnificent views from the roof top terrace. The food in the restaurant is the best we ate while in Istanbul; Turkish cuisine with a western twist, amazing serve with a very helpful... More

We have just come back from 4 nights at the Sultania. It's location is perfect if you are a tourist, being in the heart of the old city. It is located on a pedestrian only road, so it is very much quieter than might be expected - we could sleep with the windows open with very little disturbance. The rooms... More

The welcome and check in was excellent- offered a seat and a drink whilst our bags were taken to our room. We were right in the centre of things, easy walking distance to the main sights or to the tram. Excellent location surrounded by good restaurants. Rooms are themed around various Sultans or Sultanas and furnished in a beautiful contemporary... More

+ Beautiful infrastructure, very nice rooms + Perfect location close to all sights of old Istanbul (walking distance or tramway station "Gülhane") + Very nice and tasty breakfast buffet. IMPORTANT! Ask for fresh orange juice and fresh brewed cappuccino or latte macchiato + Very friendly and helpful staff members - Deluxe room: too small washing area for ladies’ needs -... More

They said we'd feel like a Sultan (or Sultans), and we did. This is a gem of a hotel right in the centre of things in the Sultanahmet district. Walking district of all the main sights, and with a great position on the tram route. Rooms are beautifully furnished, well equipped and have especially comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was... Very good, charming hotel on an ideal location. Very nice rooms, very friendly staff. Close to Aya Sophia, Topkapi, Blue Mosk, Spice Bazaar, .... Numerous small restaurants in the close neighbourhood. I can recommend Sultania to everyone planning a city trip to Istanbul.

From the welcome to the send off, we were consistently met with professional and warm service. The rooms are small but are very clean and well-maintained. Small touches such as small trays of Turkish delight treats each night, the breakfast buffet was superb, and the guest services were gracious and helpful. We found their free wi fi internet to be... This hotel is really amazing. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. From the moment I arrived they couldnt have been kinder and more accommodating. They gave me a lovely room an it was perfect. There were some sweet treats left in the room, I had coffee and tea facilities. The bathroom is small but more than adequate. In... More
