So it's not a five star hotel, but it's the epitome of what a good boutique hotel should be - distilled down to character, personalized service, honesty, and charm. The location is terrific, rooms are clean, and the staff will remember your name and do their best to help you enjoy your stay.

Fairly small boutique hotel, with a very warm welcoming , and great service. For tourists it's probably the best location near to Istanbul attractions, many of them within walking distance. For business people who needs to be close to the A/P ...not the most convenience but still may worth the extra 30 minutes. Breakfast is very nice + Afternoon tea... More

My sister and I booked Amira based on the positive reviews that we read on various websites and we confirm that it deserves all the accolades that travellers have shared online. From the warm welcome to the help the staff extended in terms of helping us plan our days of sightseeing, to the great spread of breakfast and high tea... More

OK, this place is a beautiful boutique hotel and I would stay here as many times as I can afford in the future! Amazing service, the breakfast is fantastic, the beds are so comfortable, the rooftop terrace has great views, the complimentary tea time has excellent treats.....honestly I could go on and on, but just book this place because it... The service was excellent. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and serviced daily to a high standard. Free wifi in the hotel. They also served a very good breakfast and afternoon tea for all tastes. Would definitely go back. Also at a walking distance from all the main attractions. You can't go wrong... More

My husband and I came here for the first night of our honeymoon. It was just a layover from Houston on our way to Venice, but we are SO glad we stayed. It's a good 30-40 minutes from the airport, but well worth the drive. They arranged a car service for us from the airport, which was simple to locate... More

Our stay at Hotel at Amira was a very positive experience. They picked us at the up at the airport without a hitch. Fati and AJ at the front desk were extremely helpful with all of our questions. Upon arrival at the hotel they greeted us with a glass of wine and a great conversation about some exciting sites to... More

We stayed at this fantastic hotel for 4 superb nights and I can not praise the welcome and the overall friendliness of staff enough. On arrival we were given a welcoming drink and provided with a very helpful introduction to Istanbul including advice on restaurants, trips and the Hamam by Ufuk. He also arranged a special meal at a near... More

Located in Sultanahmet a stone's throw away from all the sights of Istanbul is this beautiful boutique hotel called Amira. The decor is a little OTT but it sort of blends into the character of this fabled city. Rooms are roomy and very clean. The hotel is pretty small in size and the staff are the friendliest I met.
