Let me start out by saying that we weren't the easiest guests to handle. Despite that, the hotel's staff always made us feel welcome and effortlessly handled all of our difficult requests. Here are a few examples: 1) When we arrived to the hotel we were hungry (long flight) and it was about the time that the hotel was closing... More

This was our first visit to Istanbul and the team at hotel Amira definitely made sure it was a good one. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and as it's a boutique hotel has it's own personality. I highly recommend the roof terrace after a day sight seeing as it's a fantastic place to relax with a drink and look... More

Hotel Amira deserves all the accolades on Trip Advisor and then some. We read the reviews and booked partly due to the rating on this website but mainly that as a family of four travelling with two adult children, they were able to accommodate us easily in their family room set-up; two rooms adjacent to each other. We arrived at... More

Had two nights here on the back of a work stint. Very impressed, given its price point. I think the service stands out the most. Attention to detail, interested in you, take time to explain things, smiles, and don't take themselves too seriously. Loved the room and the decor. Nice array at breakfast. Would stay again.

We spent 6 nights (12th to 17th April) in this wonderful hotel to celebrate two special family birthdays and I have to say it more than lived up to expectations. The location is perfect for seeing all of the key sights of Sultanahmet, the rooms were lovely, breakfast was terrific, the entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were... More

This review is long overdue, we stayed here in July 2014 for 4 days, then returned a week or so later for another night after driving around western Turkey. The service and staff at Amira were outstanding, starting with an orientation talk over a cool drink on arrival. We had to send a Fax and post documents home unexpectedly during... More

This is a nice hotel, in a good location, five minutes walk to the blue mosque. The rooms are average size for the money, with well appointed bathrooms etc. The double glazing works well as we weren't woken up by the street noise below our window and with the aircon on you don't need to open the windows. The buffet breakfast... We have traveled to many places around the world, and we found the Hotel Amira , a friendly, intimate, lovely hotel that we would highly recommend . The Hotel Amira has a friendly and helpful staff. The head manager, Emre was so helpful, friendly and treated us like family. He arranged all our tours, dinners, and night life entertainment with... More

Though my stay was brief, I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Hotel Amira! The accommodations were terrific and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Not realizing my flight departed from the further of two airports, the front desk clerk scurried to arrange transportation and helped gather a few items from the cafe to take for breakfast!... More
