This hotel is situated in an ugly, dirty street near Sultanahmet Square. The hotel is not charming, it is quite garishly decorated, try to book a superior room. However, they make up for this by being so well-located near the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet Square, the Aga Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi - all a 5 minute walk away. You... More

No shortage of hotels in Istanbul - we picked this for its location for a three night stay. The staff are first class, pleasant and helpful. The room, with the bed decorated with petals and little tea lights on every surface when we arrived, was a delight. Very good breakfasts on the roof terrace, the welcome drink, the free pick... More

Istambul is magic and addictive, and this small luxury hotel is the perfect place to stay. Located in a narrow quiet street is two blocks away from the hectic Blue Mosque and all the nice cafes and stores of wonderful Sultanahmet. Me and my family stayed for two nights after a cruise ship, and definitely loved the place. The staff... More

I stayed for 8 nights at the White House this month and look forwarding to returning there in the not too distant future. From a handwritten welcome note from the manager and 'can do' attitude demonstrated by all staff, to the amazing head and side shower and rooftop buffet breakfast, their customer service, accomodation and catering standards are all first... I stayed couple of nights in the White House Hotel in Istanbul. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the owner Harum. It has a good location. It was clean, everything worked and good breakfast. My only complain was that the bed was a littler bit hard.

We spent our first 4 nights in Turkey at the White House hotel. It was a great way to start the holiday. The room was super comfy and spotlessly clean. We could walk anywhere we wanted. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety and it was great to start the day sitting in the sun on the rooftop. All the... More

We stayed at White House early this week. Just came back from the trip. Their service was great. We arrived the hotel late night and they offered a glass of orange juice and some Turkish delight at the front lobby couch. Breakfast was also great and the staff was very friendly. The location is great also. Famous sightseeing places were... More

Was so glad to have booked this hotel! Service as excellent from the start when they greeted us with fresh orange juice and turkish delights! Was given a complimentary upgrade and the room was specially decorated when we arrived. The location is so close to everything - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapki Palace, and also the metro station! Breakfast every... More

The White House Hotel was a surprising gem in a great location. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and shown to a room with rose petals ( artificial) covering the bed and a small bottle of wine & glasses waiting for us. The room was small but spotlessly clean and elegantly furnished, we also had a little balcony with a... More
