We spent two nights at the Fors hotel while waiting to board a cruise ship. In comparison to our hotel room, the ship's cabin was huge. A double bed gave just enough access space around one side and the base. The window overlooked a wall only a few feet away so the room was dark throughout the day. The TV... More

My partner and I stayed here just after ANZAC day this year. Considering it was the 100th Anniversary, I thought the hotel was very reasonably priced. The hotel room was very small, but as we were only staying there for 1 night, it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast which is included in the room rate, was pretty good, especially... More

Don't like to write big reviews, so just some bullet point about the hotel. Distance from main attractions - at least 1km uphill, not that far but definitely further than written on the webpage. Rooms - very small as you can see from the pictures. And I mean VERY small, but what can you get for such money.. Personnel -... More

We spent only three nights in a hotel and must say it was a good time. Walls are a bit thin, rooms somewhat small but very comfortable, clean and warm. The staff was very kind and unobtrusive. I appreciate that. Location is great, once you learn your way through the narrow streets, you will enjoy walking to the Blue Mosque... More

It is not bad hotel. This hotel is approximately 10-15 min from city center. The baddest point is that there is no air in the room because ll buildings are close to each other. Breakfast is normal....

Very nice boutique hotel not far away from Sultanahmet. Around the hotel there are some restaurants and mini markets too. The staff are so kind, we got a seaview room :). The rooms and bathrooms are clean, but shower a little bit narrow. The staff change towels every day. The breakfast was rich, with lot of vegetables, and breakfast room... More

The Fors Hotel is located in the artisanal shoe manufacturing district, about 8 minutes walk to the center of the Old City. It has good access to the major cultural attractions and some great local restaurants. A Hamam dating from 1476 is just up the road. The rooms in the main hotel are either dark and too small if you... More

I truly had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind, supportive and truly humble. I wish we could have stayed on for a few more days. What I also like they were accommodating to keep your bags on the day you are leaving. They will also help you take the bags about 25 m to the main road, given... More

I stayed here 6 night and i can say the hotel is ok since you are supposed to have some rest at night and go out the whole day in istanbul. But if you are not this kind of people and you like staying in your hotel room dont come here. The rooms are sooo small and the bed definitly... More

The best place to start explore Istanbul. Blue Mosque and Ayasofya in five minutes walk. Spice market and Eminonu Mosque in 15 minutes walk. Place itself is nice, room is small, but very clean and cosy. I was surprised by the fact that they change the bed and towels every day:) The breakfast was pretty good. And staff were nice:)
