The hotel proved to be quite lovely. The rooms were clean with plenty of towels and clean bedding. The showers and toilets were cleaned daily. The welcome bowl of chilled fresh fruit was awesome. Breakfast could have been a little better if there was a different selection each day. The staff were very accommodating and arranged transport when required. We... More

We stayed at the Zagreb Hotel. The room was small but adequate. The shower cubicle leaked, we informed staff the first day the member of staff claimed to speak English but could not understand the words leak or leaking, luckily it was explained in Turkish to him, he told us it would be repaired the next day but it was... Positive- the staff and location. If not one of the worst experiences. Loud noises from the renovation of the rooms and pool which were very disturbing. Extremely tiny rooms n washrooms, this is more of an accommodation for singles and not couples or families. No telephone to contact the reception or room service. A TV that wasn't working, though it... More

We were more than happy with our stay here, it was far better than we had expected. Breakfast was great with so much choice accommodating everybody. The rooms were very nice and the hotel was very clean, staff were always very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool on top of the hotel was great with being in a built up... More

This is a basic hotel with rooms which vary between medium to bijou! It is well-located, only 3 stops on the tram to the heart of Istanbul (Blue Mosque, Ayia Sofia etc), and the tram station is very close by. The breakfast (included) is very adequate - provided you are prepared to be slightly more adventurous (mayonnaise peas, anyone?!) -... More

It' s a very good hotel better than I expected, it's close to the Grand Bazaar about a 7 minutes walk and 20 minutes to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. It's very close to T1 tram station and Aksaray metro station wich takes you directly to Ataturk airport (about 10 mins walk to metro station). The personnel is... More

This a nice hotel that is very clean with friendly helpful staff. It has a nice swimming pool and if you stay 3 nights they provide free transportation to the International airport. It is convenient to the Tramway that gets you to all the major attractions. There is a large buffet breakfast, but the food in served cool including the... More

Stayed here for a week in May / June 2014 and it was great. Ten out of ten for cleanliness and service and friendliness. Swimming pool was a total bonus and free - not sure what previous comments on charging after 4pm are about?! You do have to pay for other leisure facilities. Breakfast buffet was huge - and a... I was visiting Istanbul with some family and really noted our stay. We could walk to most attractions such as blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, golden horn and the grand bazaar. Lovely 30 minute walk to golden horn. The food menu is limited but no dearth of places nearby for a good meal.
