Price was good but that was the only one advantage. Very tiny rooms, poor customer service. The only tHings were good - location and free breakfast. Location is great - close to all the attractions - tram is 5 min away and grand bazar is just 15 min away.

The Zagreb Hotel was not a bad hotel by any stretch. When we asked for a bigger room we got one, the rooms were clean, well ventilated in the summer, the pool was refreshing and the service provided by the staff can't be faulted. It claims a 4 star rating but I was advised when looking into a place to... More

This is not a four star hotel. Definitely three stars. Good english from the staff; It's true that they keep your passport until you pay the entire amount. Was not a problem for us, we like to pay in advance, not to boder later. They asked us if it is our first time in Istanbul.. We said "Yes, and we... More

Check in was without to much hassle with reception on good english except that they keep your passport untill full payment has been made for your stay, your choice before or after checkout... I did not use the pool facilities and... More

This is in a very convenient location, not overly busy but only a 20 minute walk to Sultanahmet. Rooms were small but very clean and the service from all the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing- very varied and gozlemes were made fresh. The pool and turkish bath in the hotel were great after a day of... More

This hotel was booked for us as part of our package with the cruise company. We stayed for 3 nights from 18 September, our transfers were not included so we took a taxi from the airport. I have mixed feelings about this hotel which is why I have given it three stars. On the plus side, this hotel is centrally... More

We stayed for 4 nights at the Hotel Zagreb during September. The Receptionist speak very good English and are very helpful. They gave us lots of good tips for travelling around Istanbul. The reception of this Hotel is on the 1st floor, which could be a problem for some people, there is no lift. The rooms are quite small but... More

The hotel location was perfect, its middle of down town, you are close to every place, tram and bus station so close as well many restaurant and shops. Metro station is about ten minute walks. Hotel does not have its own parking but it is located near a number of underground parking with a price of 7 EUR / day.... More

Best part of our stay was the helpful staff and delicious breakfast. The rooms were a little outdated but were clean and comfortable. We were on the street side and it was quite loud at times, this didn't bother us much though. The reception staff gave us an info pack with touristy brochures, maps etc. which was helpful. The hotel... More
