This hotel is in the center of Istanbul. The employees were very helpful even though they didn't speak good English. The hotel was very clean but you have to pay to go to the pool! The breakfast was very good with loads of Turkish specialties on the buffet. Good value for money

I stayed at Zagreb Hotel in January 2014 for 2 Nights actually from 9 pm of 23 Jan. to 9 am of 25 Jan. (36 Hours). 1- No lift from street level to reception on the first floor but someone carried the bags with me. 2- Magic location close to Metro station of Aksaray(to Airport) and very close to Aksaray... I stayed at Zagreb Hotel in February 2013 on my way from Romania to Kenya. I spent only one night there together with a group of friends. I can't say much about the services provided by the hotel, because I did not have enough time to enjoy them, but I loved that it was pretty close to the city centre... More

Do not get a room at the front of the hotel as the noise in the early morning from street traders starts at 4:30am. Then the mosque at the rear of the hotel wakes everyone up at 6:00am with the early morning call to prayers. Rooms nice and clean, very tidy but also very small.

As I am sure you will read in other reviews that the rooms were small (they were) or some other complaints, but I am here to tell you that this is a great hotel to stay at. If you want a larger room, go pay 3 or 4 times more and stay farther away from everything you want to see... More

We stayed at the Zagreb hotel for 6 nights. The hotel is very clean and provides a complimentary hot breakfast that was very extensive. The location was ideal since it was close to public transportation which could take you anywhere in Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Istanbul.

This is a good value hotel for a short city break. It is ideally located to see the city sights, close to the tram and they do a pickup service from the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We only ate there for breakfast, which was a small buffet service with not a lot of variety. The room... More

Receptionists are very supportive and professional, breakfast was very nice with good selection, room size was acceptable compared to other hotels in Istanbul , location is perfect for shopping and close to all attraction in European part of Istanbul. Small swimming pool, with no any view. Close to the bazaar (grand & spice) Overall, based on the payment you make,... More
