Very central, shops and Grand Bazaar so close. Helpful staff, especially one of the the receptionists, who checked me in , for my return flight, and printed document. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels and toiletries replaced every day. Hairdryer and fridge in room. Would definitely return... Thank you so much.

Good value for money, friendly staff, lovely pool, sauna, steam and Turkish bath. Had an amazing massage and fabulous buffet breakfasts. Tram, metro, grand bazaar all close by. The rooms are smallish but perfectly functional, who wants to come to such a fabulous city and then spend all their time in their room? My 2nd stay and I loved it.

For the 3rd time even more lucky. This little hotel keeps calling us back. On arrival they greeted us as if we were long lost friends. The kettle for making coffee was already in our room and extra cups as they know by now we drink a lot of coffee. The staff was so friendly, the breakfast superb and the... More

We didn't like this hotel quite that much as it suffered from tlc syndrome. The staff were hospitable but sounded a slight bit arrogant. However, I must say they were kind to pack us some breakfast for an early morning flight.

No way is this a four-star hotel. The rooms are ridiculously tiny, and the finishings, fixtures and fittings are generally in bad shape - lifting floors, leaking showers and so on. The staff are mostly uninterested, except when it comes to getting you to pay for "extras" that most hotels provide for free (use of the sauna, fresh juice at... More

Was extremely disappointed and shocked by the 3 night stay we had at this hotel was happy to leave it. Apart from one staff member, all of the staff were extremely rude to the point of not even greeting us. The room was shocking the shower leaked everywhere the room wa so small there was nowhere to even place our... More

Not a 4 stars hotel, but it is close to the main points of interest (bazar, mosque, palace etc.). The metro station is very near. The room was very small, but I think it was the only one small on the floor. The shower is very small, too. Breakfast is quite rich, with lots of salads. The room was very... More

From the first moment i have reached out to this hotel, i had nothing but great experience. Starting with a friendly and very professional staff, always trying to greet all of out needs. Special thanks to Yasemin, who was our first contact with the hotel, and helped us enjoy our stay from the very beginning. Room was nice, on the... More

This hotel is in the Aksaray neighbourhood, and like the history of the area, is popular with Russians and Eastern Europeans to today. For Istanbul, the room is good value for money; however, it is definitely not an international four star hotel. It is closer to 3. My room on the 6th floor, the highest floor of the hotel, was...
