We booked 4 single rooms at Five Boutique hotel in the period of 30.9.-6.10. On line pictures looked very nice, the description very good and the location was not far away from the conference centre, which was very convenient for us - all these are the reason why we booked the hotel. After arrival it appeared that the quality of... More

My friend and I have just spent seven days on holiday in Istanbul staying at this hotel, and would have spent seven more if we had had the time. The bedroom was roomy and spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the duvets and pillows among the best I have ever had. The shower and toilet were also beyond reproach,... More

We got to the hotel for a conference, the reception guy was constantly apologizing that the reservation system is not good and they have no rooms (that is after i confirmed with him 4 times in the last 3 days that all is well as making the booking was not easy...), then they found our rooms, no light in the... Dear travellers Look what complaint I have received from the 4 business guests staying at the hotel in may 2013. Initially I thought it is some kind of a joke, but after reading other complaints and not receiving a reply for plenty of e-mails sent and phone calls made I find it extremely true and real. Maybe this is the... More

First of all, I asked for a twin bed room, which was confirmed via e-mail. When I arrived, I received a double bed room, instead. Secondly, the day I left I wrote some postcards and the front desk clerk offered to mail them for me for 4 Turkish Lira per postcard. Unfortunately, that never happened and the postcards never arrived.... More

We stayed here after an investigation on Trip Advisor for a boutique hotel close to the conference centre. We were left waiting at the airport for a pick-up that was supposed to be included in the price and had to make our own way there in a taxi. The room was very clean but overlooked a small street where noisy... More

The hotel is fairly basic, but includes breakfast and internet in the price. The beds are basic and the accommodations include both twin beds to queen size. Mattresses are basic, but not uncomfortable. Extra pillows are available along with extra blankets. Fully air-conditioned. Very convenient location. The staff were absolutely wonderful. We have never had a more helpful staff who... More

I chose the Hotel for its location, which was perfect. However, in all respects, the announced rating of 4 stars was really optimistic: something was constantly not working (room keys, safety boxes, light and water), the personnel did not speck english with two exceptions, cleaning was approximate, there was no air circulation in the small builiding, which resulted smellish. What... More

The hotel is 5 min walking distance from the Istanbul Conference Centre, on the main road opposite to the Military Museum. The room and bath room are very clean and cozy with new furnitures and facilities. Staff are very friendly and useful. Breakfast is fine but simple. It is a very good choice for business stay especially to attend conference... More

I am afraid I do not understand the good reviews for this hotel, and certainly not at the price you pay for the rooms. Here are some of the issues: - Our party had booked two rooms. When we arrived there was only one room allocated and the hotel swore blind there was no second room booked, despite the printed... More
