Rooms are standard, but not cleaned, and would need refurbishing. Environment is scary, no mans land. Greeting and welcoming is not part of the service. The shuttle? does not exist. I dropped in at the Wow without a reservation when my hotel was closed by flooding. I had a room in minutes, and at a great rate, too (considering that I was at their mercy). This is a typical business kind of hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only thing is that you can't switch of the blue light from the mini bar. Both the bar and restaurant are fine and the staff is friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from Istanbul Ataturk airport. more
