We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. The staff both at reception and the rest of the hotel went out of their way to assist and to ensure that our stays (twice) at this comfortable Hotel were first class. It has a good location for local sight seeing and restaurants and the roof top terrace provides excellent views... More

From the first phone call to ms.Maya the front desk receptionist I felt very comfortable by the way she sounded very welcoming of me as your hotel guest and extended an assurance of helping me in planning my visit to Ankara. She was very courteous a quality that will help this hotel and her as well to continue to progress... More

Interesting boutique hotel with its many floors and strange floor numbering system. The manager is a most genial host who is helpful in all matters related to Istanbul and Turkey. The Turkish delight and baklava treats in the lobby are made on site and are delicious - the real true white Turkish delight, not the gelatinous stuff that people believe... More

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The rooftop view is stunning of the Blue Mosque and water where we would have breakfast every morning. The service is great. Veysel was exceptional and would share the best places to go around the city. He tended to all our needs and was great to us. The rooms are clean and... More

We landed in Ferman unexpectedly for a one night's stay, due to a chaotic situation at the airport. Exhausted and checking in at close to 3am in the morning, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Mert, at the front desk, who ready and happy to receive us and so eager to ensure that we got the rest we... We stayed at the Ferman for a week in April after it was recommended to me by my parents who had stayed there the previous year. The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. Veysel and Maya were the duty managers that would welcome us every morning and arrange anything we asked, from tours to Turkish baths. They both speak... More

This is our second time at this hotel. The location is great. The rooms are getting tired. Our TV was not working. The amenities in the bathroom - some appeared used. Breakfast was better than 5 years ago, but the juice is bad and I expect better than Lipton tea in Europe. The woman receptionist was not friendly and she... More

We arrived on 30th May and stayed 3 nights. The room was fine, although the ocean view was spoilt by the run down properties at the rear of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate. The reception manager, Veysel, was particularly helpful, and it was a great pleasure chatting with him, allowing him to practice his English. We wish him every... More

This hotel is a gem in the historic district. The hotel is a third of a mile walk from the Haigia Sophia and Sultanahmed Mosque. Also the tram station, grand bazaar, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The best part of our stay was the hospitable service at this hotel. Veysal accommodated all of our needs, including ordering pizzas... More
