Antique is a nice, budget hotel in the middle of Sultanahmet, close to Blue mosque. We had a doublebed room (10) which was nicely furnitured, comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was okay, served on the top floor with view to Bosphorus. Recommended.

A small hostel hotel which is right in the thick of the tourist melee which is Sultanahmet. We had a two berth bunk bed ensuite room on the ground floor and the only possible complaint was that the Ramazan fun outside was a bit noisy. Not to worry- we soon got into the swing of things and found the facilities... More

Me and 9 friends were on a long-due but short trip to Turkey and Greece, and Istanbul was our first stop. Having researched a bit on the web and some feedback from friends who’ve been to Istanbul recommended we stay in the Sultanahmet area, given its proximity to all the historical and cultural sites. After all the research, we finally... More

Good accommodation in a great location. Very close to the most important attractions (less than 5 mins walking distance from the aya sofia and the blue mosque). I stayed in the six bunk-bed rooms which were comfortable and provided with reading light, plugs, AC. There is a nice terrace on the rooftop and breakfast is served during the morning. The... More

Despite having shared and small rooms for 6 persons at least, the stay there was actually a good value for money! It was neat overall, providing a quite large choice of food in breakfast, and a shiny beautiful view facing the sea outside; being situated near the blue mosque and other notable turkish monuments is worth mentionning, I recommend this... Despite the very limited space in the dorm bedroom i stayed in (11), Antique hostel exceeded my expectations. Friendly and helpful staff, Breakfast was amazing, catering for all tastes. Some elements were the same daily (cereal, bread, tomato, cucumber, olives, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, buyer, jam, cream, tea, coffee) but others changed (type of meat, type of vegetable (eggplant, peppers),... Perfect location for exploring Istanbul. Two mins walk from the Blue Mosque and surrounding attractions. Brilliantly clean, good wifi (sometimes hard to come by in other hostels) and a terrace with an amazing view of the Bosphorous. Can highly recommend

The rooms are extremely small with no storage space at all and the people who work there are not very helpful at all. I asked the receptionist what they served for breakfast and without even looking up from his computer, he mumbled "Everything." This was very clearly not true because the next morning, we realized that they did not even... More

Maybe coming from Uzbekistan made this hostel seem like a gift from heaven. I had requested a 4 dorm room with a window that opened, little knowing I would have a cozy room with a view of the Marmara. Better to pay a few $ more and not sleep in the basement. The hot water was plentiful and the pressure... More

It was a very clean hostel with a unique turkish breakfast. The location was perfect, you're within minutes of the main sites of Sultanahmet and reasonable walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and ferry docks. The tram is also very close with is convenient when getting to the airport.
