We needed a room with 2 beds and a window we could open. Room 8 on the ground floor fit the bill. You have to walk up 2 flights to the breakfast room which overlooks the Marmara Sea. An unusual feature of Antique's breakfast is that it varies from day to day, unlike other hotels we've stayed at in Istanbul.... More

Thanks to Antique Hostel for a great few days in Istanbul. I only planned my trip 2 days before and got great assistance over Skype to book the hostel. The staff are all very friendly and speak very very very good english. Everyone should try their budget meal for 15 lira as it is superb especially if you are tight... More

This hostel is located just 5 min walk from Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque, in the center of Sultanahmet, which is where you need to be. Very close to the public transportation, which is easy to use, and with some amazing restaurants and shops all around the hostel. We spen first 2 nights in a very specious room, clean with... More

The location is good and convenient. The rooms are small but acceptable. The toilets are clean enough. The breakfast is fine with quite nice view. Only one thing was that we stayed there 4 nights and we had to change rooms almost every night. Don't expect too much about the free dinner they offered for 3 nights booking.

This hostel is perfect located close to the major sights of Istanbul, only minutes walk. From the Ataturk airport its easy to reach by Metro (half n hour) to Aksaray, from there on its two stops by tramvay to Sultanahmet and minutes walk. The rooms and hostel are clean, but rooms can be little bit dated. And there few power... More

All in all acceptable stay but for the price of 16 EUR per bed one could expect better standard PROs - perfect location - travelers hub - clean and relatively small dorms (for 4 and 6 people) - fast & reliable wifi - OK staff, agreed to keep my luggage for 2 weeks free of charge CONs - stuffy rooms... Great accomodation in a good location. Very close to the most important attractions (3mins walking from the aya sofia). The rooms are small but nice. Four beds rooms were very cheap while the single room a bit expensive for their size (55€ per night). There is a lovely terrace on the rooftop and they serve breakfast at the morning (only... More

My husband and I stayed here recently and were very pleased with everything. The location couldn't have been better for someone looking to do the major sites in the city, as most are in walking distance. The roof terrace is another major bonus to o. We had lunch and later even brought our own drinks and they set up a... More

Staff was very friendly. Rooftop terrace was breathtaking. Design and utilities were good. Location was perfect! 3 min walk to the blue mosque and there are many restaurants nearby. I stayed with 2 of my friends in a 4 person room and we had just enough space. There are lockers available to put your stuff in. All in all good... More
