We spent one night at this hotel on the way to Cappadocia. It is a bit difficult to find at first, but has a very nice location in Sultanahmet. The rooms are clean, but a bit dated. Water temperature hard to control in shower and it is very small. Service at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. They... More

Osmanhan Hotel is a small hotel run by Mustafa and his brother Hamit. Located in the old city of Istanbul and it is only 3 minutes from Topkapi Palace and Saint Sophia. We walked to the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market from the hotel. It is probably about a 30 minute walk. Their welcome was professional, efficient, and very courteous.... More

We stayed in this hotel for the beginning of our honeymoon in Turkey, for five nights in Istanbul. The location is great! Less than a 10 minute walk to the Sultanahmet, and a block of a main street with tons of restaurants. The staff was very friendly, and our room and bathroom were updated, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast every... More

we really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Osmanhan hotel. Nice room, great breakfast with lots of freshly prepared food, short walk to Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and Topkapi palace, as well as tramway stop. Beautiful view of Bosphorus from roof terrace.

For our first stay in Istanbul (and Turkey), Osmanhan was such a great place to call home for a few days. There's a warm, friendly family vibe to the hotel that starts with the front desk folks who want to help you with any questions or recommendations. Wonderful service, very cozy, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. YAYS: - Location, location,... More

We had a fantastic time at Osmanhan Hotel and we wish we could have stayed longer. The location is very good, a short walk from Blue Mosque, Aya Sofya, Topkapi and other measure points. Their service was very friendly and natural. They gave us self-made map of the old town for giving information you couldn’t find on guide books. We... More

I was traveling to Istanbul as an American woman on my own. I wanted a hotel with an indigenous Turkish ambiance, first-rate service, comfortable room, good location in Sultanhamet, breakfast and an intimate environment. I was delighted to get that...and more! I am a discerning traveler, and for my purposes and needs, I would easily say that OsmanHan was the... More

We stayed at the Osmanhan hotel for 5 nights in late April, our first trip to Istanbul. The location was perfect, the room was very nice and the owners (and all the staff) went out of their way to make it a pleasant visit. We highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Istanbul.
