I was there for 13 days Dec 2014/Jan 2015. 1) The hotel was being refurbished - drilling and hammering started at 0830 and continued during the day. There sometimes was cardboard lining and building rubble in the lifts. I offered a cancellation fee to Ikbal so that I could change hotel, but they refused and insisted that the full amount... More

Great location, only 10 min from kapali carsi, and there is tram station nearby. The room was clean and warm (stayed here in November so warm is good). Breakfast was delicious and fresh, big choice, some traditional dishes as well.Great view from the top. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. WiFi in the hall.

After a long international flight our room was hot, small and the air condition battled to cope. Thus with the window open we were subject to continual noise from the chaotic streets below. Some noises would reappear early in the mornings. Shower recess had mould quite thick in some places. Rooms in the old section small. On the return visit... More

J was in this hotel during 2011 year and j remember that atmosphere was very pleasant with very friendly staff. The food was delicious and varying. The hotel is near important historical places Ayasofya museum and magnificent Blue Mosque. J hope that j will came again in this beautiful city and hotel. Daniella from Serbia, Belgrade.

Stayed here with a tour group. Buffet dinner and Breakfast was great. Location was good. Room was a bit small for 3 people, but would be good for 2. Shower was a bit hard to figure out - had to turn the handle the opposite to what the sign said.

The room was cramped, and the bathroom utilities were not working properly when we first checked in. Wi-Fi was not available throughout the hotel building, so if you want to get connected with your family members overseas, you have to go down to the lobby to access the Wi-Fi. It was a pretty small hotel building, and the elevators were... More

For the service its too expensive. Spent 1 week there. When I had problems the staff didn´t really help out. Strange neighbourhood. Good rooms and excellent breakfast. Spa and Sauna are in the basement and have to be paid extra if you don´t go there before 17:00. There are surely better alternatives and for sure for that price all around... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on our 15 days trip through Turkey. Our room was clean but old fashioned. Most rooms had only one small curtain. The shower looked modern but in fact it was not that clean and it was hard to figure out how to use it without any instruction. The elevators were very slow.... More
