I have never seen the hotel 4 stars hotel like this.the moment you come in the hotel you feel very warm,rooms are very clean and decorated very interesting.I have been to istanbul 5 times and this is definetely my favorite hotel.hotel rooms are better than the photos in their web site,big and comportable.friendly staff.They recommended us to go some restaurant... more

This hotel is very clean, with very good breakfast, friendly service, central location, comfortable rooms. I would rate this hotel more like a 5 star in comparison to other 4 stars in Istanbul. I recommend it for your stay. The only thing to watch out is when ordering taxi through hotel staff, they will charge you extra for this service... more

Hotel is really on great position. But we had a really bad experience with staff. They robed us on our first day. And everything that management did was to send us two kiwis. Really bad service. more
