The hotel was not to my taste. The rooms are relatively small and dull. It is not pleasant. The view is on neighboring buildings. The personnel was correct and friendly with the exception of the restaurant. The location is good in close proximity of taksim square. The breakfast buffet offers a satisfactory choice .

I found this hotel pleasant enough, but it's location is a little confusing, as it is squished between a fair old, slummy part of town. Traffic getting in and out of these crowded narrow streets is a nightmare. Not far away over looking the water is some larger hotel like the Intercontinental in a better location. The staff are friendly.... More

We stayed at Titantic City for one night on our way to Singapore as we dined at the 360 restaurant that night. The restaurant was fabulous with views of Istanbul, the Blue Mosque and the food was first class. Walking back to the hotel we had an ice cream Turkish style where the guy rings the bell placing the cone... More

we stayed here twice, for a week and then returned for 2 days. Suited our purpose, close to Taksim, funicular,Istiklal. Hawkers down the street got tiresome, after 2 days, you are their best friends. Small grocery across is handy for picking up water and snacks etc. We had good rooms both times. The aircon is set centrally and we found... More

Some things to consider before staying here...... Make sure you very specific about asking for the type of bed you want, we asked for a double bed room but received single beds, they did push them together for us, but we still only had single linen, for a five day stay it was pretty uncomfortable. The hotel only provides one... More

It seems that the staff is not willing to do any effort to help you its like they are not even listennig to you. Maybe because they are always busy. Im starting to think that this was a bad idea. Pitty this hotel is in a great location and can be great if only the staff give you more attention.and... More

We Stayed for a week, and we can not say enough good things about the staff here. Specfically, when Billur at the consierge desk was aproached by me feeling slightly overwhelmed by Istabul, she took very special care to make all of the beautiful sights of Istanbul accessible. The Spa was the best we had enountered over our journey of... More

This hotel could be much better with some effort. Little is made - from opening the gym 45 minutes late which is a pet peeve of mine, to providing just one little soap in the bathroom - this place sucks for the money. They provide robes, just not in your room - you have to ask - no wash clothes... More
