Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights recently with my mum and auntie. From the minute we stepped inside, we were greeted very warmly and offered complimentary tea. Hospitality cannot be faulted! One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Well equipped and very clean rooms. A big thank you to the receptionist Halil, who helped us out everyday! Our... More

We booked via British Airways as me and my partner both work for airline industry. We arrived to a very warm welcome and a lovely glass of cold apple juice. We were promptly shown to our room which had a small balcony overlooking the Aya Sofya the first imperial mosque of Istanbul. The room was very clean and comfortable. The... More

Awesome location, right on the doorstep of every major tourist attraction in Istanbul. Attentive and helpful staff. Basic rooms but more than made up for the location. Most places are only 5-10 minutes away and so this is a great place to stay for those with kids.

We stayed at the Adamar hotel one night at the end of a cruise. It is a nice little hotel. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. However, I was a little disappointed after reading all the great reviews. Advantages: Reasonably priced. Easy walk to the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. The Cistern was... More

Me and my friend decide to do a reunion across the globe in Turkey and take vacation together, we stayed at Adamar Hotel from 2014/06/21-28th. I was the one in charge of accommodation. after careful web research, I booked this hotel out of its good location, exotic room decoration and fairly decent reviews, but still, part of me carried some... If you are going to stay in this prime touristy area, then this hotel is a good choice. It's very central location is actually on a less frenetic corner of 2 streets with a nice local cafe opposite for a quick 'cay'. The tram station is a few minutes walk down the hill (use the trams - they work, are... More

We stayed at the Adamar from 4-8 August and had a wonderful time. Like many we felt that booking a hotel in Istanbul could be a bit of lottery, there are just so many to choose from ! Having looked at the reviews on Tripadvisor we settled on the Adamar. What a fantastic choice ! The hotel is small and... More

This was a great place to stay - clean and comfortable. The location was great - a short walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque. And walking distance to the Topkopi Palace and Grand Bazaar. The breakfast spread was excellent and the rooftop restaurant just perfect. The staff was beyond friendly, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this or stay here again. Has... More

Within a hundred metres of the Hagia Sophia, tram stop, and street cafes, this is a very handy place to explore from. We have stayed there twice and would go back again. The staff are very helpful and attraction tickets can be purchased at the desk, no need to join the queues. Try it in October when there are fewer... More
