This is the worst hotel with the most unpleasant staff. They tricked us and gave our rooms to some other guests and were threatening to call the police to kick us out of the hotel. They should be ashamed!

We spent four days in this hotel in late October 2012th. First we got a room that actually has no windows (actualy has window into the ventilation shaft size of one square meter, without any light from outside). After we complained, the receptionist (who does not know any language other than Turkish) is barely agreed and gave us another room... More

Yaztur hotel is situated in Laleli district, 3-4 tram stations away from Sultanahmen area. The positive side is the location – the hotel is very close to tram station and near to old city center, the negative - in this area a lot of foreigners are coming for wholesale and it is really crowded and nosy. The hotel is 3... More
