This lookout tower was originally erected on the hill now known as cemberlitas (one of the seven Istanbul hill) in 330 AD in honor of Emperor Constantine I. The colum comprises of eight individual colums, each three meters in diameter and weighing three tons. When cracks appeared over the year, further damage was only prevented by reinforcing the columns with... More

I am sure there are better hotels in Istanbul but this hotel didn't have any nasty suprises for the one night I stayed there. Rooms are large and the view is great. It is a bit of a drive from anywhere. The staff were polite and the place was clean. This is Istanbul. I would stay again to avoid any... More

Smelly room due to bad plumbing. Very noisy area and room. Not very clean. Bathtub was becoming full of water due to bad plumbing. Paid 50 euro extra because I invited a guest for two hours in my room in the afternoon. Location in close proximity from Grand bazzar and Ayia Sofia and Topkaki palace.
