Very helpful staff, good facilities, affordable price. I stayed here for 2 days and overall experience was very good. The dinning area is also well maintained with good food. Little aged but that's not a problem as it is very well maintained.

I have now stayed twice in this hotel and each time the experience was similar. This hotel is a good value for the money you pay (around 8,000 PKR for single room) and the staff seems eager to make your stay comfortable. The room cleanliness is good, and the food is good and priced reasonably (I've stayed in other hotels... More

While the AC was noisy, it was very effective and made my hotel room very comfortable in august when the temperature and humidity were so high. The room I was in was large, and was probably very comfortable and luxurious 20 years ago. It seems like some aspects are repaired rather than replaced, or just left, such as a bath... More

Went for the first time for business trip to Islamabad. It's quite an experience. There is security everywhere and cars are checked thoroughly before entering the hotel (there's also warning sign not to bring weapons inside the hotel LOL). It really looks like a hotel in the USA (the older ones at least). We arrived late at night and the... More

This place is absolutely terrible, run down and hence over priced. For same room rate you can stay at the Avari hotels which are 100% better than this. Staff try their best but foyer, rooms, gym etc are from another era. Very little English spoken which is big hurdle. Book Marriott if you can afford it, very nice hotel or... More

Not the best place, but considering Pakistan as a whole we were fortunate to be eating at the British consulate in Islamabad so we didn't suffer too much, but we did feast out on the room service burgers late at night delicious and safe, to be fair the staff done a great job tending too us, but remember your bottled... Stayed for one night in the summer. The price-quality relation is exaggerated, the facility offered could easily be that of a 2-3 star hotel. One good point was the food, every item ordered was delicious.

So this is what they think a four star hotel is? Useless staff, grungy rooms, didn't even bother with the perfunctory breakfast. No facilities to speak of. Location was fine but very isolated. Okay if you just need a bed for the night.

Never expect a great ultra shining room and you are fine. Check in and Check out are quick; security is OKAY and the lobby is old fashioned. Other than the lobby which is usually busy, there are some private sitting areas available ask from the reception and they can let you know, for the non muslims Alcohol can be ordered... More

Had an amazing and relaxing stay the last time I visited Pakistan. The service was good as was the rest of the amenities. I had forgot I was in Pakistan. The criticism I have was about the restaurant manager who was having a go at the staff during our breakfast. The staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to... More
