Hotel Crowne Plaza is located in the blue area of Islamabad which is the heart of the central Buisness district. The hotel is small and homely and the food is good. The rooms are reasonable and the cleanliness is good.

Horrible experience. Poor service, dirty room and washroom. Needs overall uplifting of the hotel. We were a group and we had 4 rooms for 3 nights. Every night we used to remind them to fix the extra beds (which we paid for), not enough bath towels. The worst part was there was a bug in the milk which we found... More

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights recently. Although a little run down and in need of some love and affection it was adequate for my purpose. Food was ok although a little bit of variation would have been nice. Rooms were fine, bed comfortable, towels had seen better days.

Crown Plaza is Islamabad is a very central location, very reasonably priced and for the price the place is not bad. Nice quiet rooms, carpets and upholstery could be changes, a bit dirty and room service is very slow but otherwise good value for money.

Run down hotel. Bathrooms smell like sewage. Roach crawling around the bath tub. Unfortunately some Arab prince booked all the rooms in Serena and Marriott so had to stay here. If you are on a budget stay at Avari express instead.

Staying at this hotel right now & having a horrible experience! It's 2am & I have an early morning Tomm but no sleep thanks to the roaring machinery noise & the very uncomfortable beds (& pillows). The rooms could also benefit from dusting. Also, there are no free sockets for plugging in chargers- had to unplug a lamp to insert... More

Lovely hotel, clean, friendly stuff, average breakfast, too slow service sometimes. We checked couple of hotels in Islamabad before choosing this one. So I can say this one probably is one of the best.

Stayed one night. Check in was slow and the guy at the lobby was not really interested if you were there or not. Rooms average and need refurbishment. Staff unfriendly except for the porter! Even when I entered the lift and I said good day to the two staff members who were already in the lift I received no reply... More

I spent a night at this hotel on a recent business trip. Check in was quick. Room was ok but in need of a refurbishment. Bed was comfortable enough. Wi-Fi was charged separately. Breakfast was average as best. The best thing about this hotel is its location on Jinnah Avenue. Its fine if your looking to spend a night or... More

The hotel have good location, but every thing is average. We miss our flight and just spend time like day use. We got for 6 persons ONE room(4 Chlideren+2 adults).I spoke to duty manger and we got 2 queen size bed rooms but rooms were dirty and we were checked in dirty rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms are just... More
