Room below average, breakfast not good ,gym is tiny with one smith machine, vertical chest press and lat pull machine... a few pair of dumbbells, crosstrainer, treadmill. The only good thing was can see the square from window. 20mins walking distance to Department store and restaurants. 10mins walk to supermarket.

The room was a nice size and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was adequate. Nothing special, but a pretty big selection. Excellent location - just a few blocks to the main square, walking distance to several ex-pat cafes, decent local restaurants and a grocery store. Wifi was pretty slow on my floor, but down... More

We stayed at the Springs hotel for one night in October 2014. The location was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, it's very close to the main square (2 mins), and only 15mins in a taxi to the train station. Good sized room, a little dated but very clean and comfortable beds. Heated floor in the bathroom... More

I stayed at the Springs Hotel for 4 nights. The service at the front desk was great. Staff spoke English and helped with directions and any questions I had. The rooms were nice and clean with heated floors in the bathrooms and comfortable bed and a safe in the room. Breakfast in the morning was self serve buffet and had... More

Stayed at Springs Hotel in ULB for 2 times. Location is just great, 2 mins walking from the main square and other main attractions. Staff very nice and helpful (early checkin, takeaway breakfast,...). Good sized, clean and quiet room and bathroom. Breakfast was complete. Wifi signal was very bad in both rooms I had, working maybe 50% of the time,... More

My experience at the Springs hotel was not positive and I doubt that I will not be staying there when I come back next year. Good: 1- Staff friendly for the most part. 2- clean hotel. Bad: 1- The Wifi broke down EVERY day. 2- The food wasn't very good. 3- My navy blue slacks were ruined with bleach by... More

This is a nice hotel and good for the price, The rooms were large and comfortable. It's in a very good location- walking distance to most of the sites in UB city. The hotel is quiet- though it does front on a fairly busy street. The front desk staff speak pretty good English and were very helpful. I would recommend... More

What can you say about hotels in Ulaanbaatar? They are expensive for what you get, but the Springs is about the best if you want a reliable place at a lower price. I paid $85 / night for my superior room - the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, it seemed reasonably clean. Let me list the pros and cons.... More

I found the location just off Sulhbataar Square to be ideal and the room cozy if utilitarian. Wifi shady (no floor's signal held for long). The breakfast buffet was a varying mix of hot foods, traditional pastries, and cereals. Rates were a good value, but hotel transport to/from ULN not so much. No late checkout offered, but paid a half... More

I stayed two times in this hotel during a three week trip in Mongolia (three nights first then two). The front desk people spoke reasonable English and all staff were friendly. For me, the best point about this hotel is the location, just a minute away from the city center square and with close proximity from restaurants and bars. From... More
