We arrived in Vietiane and found this hotel to be clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The room we had was large with a nice view. I enjoyed people watching at the front of the hotel. It is close to the center of town and there are many things to walk to nearby. The manager during the day speaks english... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night when we arrived in Vientiane without a hotel booking and could not find anywhere to stay. The room was dingy with a window that was bricked up and the bathroom was grimy with mould stains on the shower curtain. The entire room smelled like a urinal cake. Worst of... more

Our room at 14 US dollars had no window, and it smelled so bad of anti-bug-spray that we could not be in the room for hours. On each floor there is 4 rooms: one really nice with windows and a balcony, and 3 others without windows. We found much nicer rooms 300 meters further up the street. more

We too booked this based on TripAdvisor comments. We had booked online in June and asked for the biggest and best room. And, hey, it was. We saw several other rooms and ours was best. It was top floor, front, and while it was okay in size, the bathroom is nearly as big, which was good, too. Right? Well, okay... more

This guesthouse has rooms ranging from $10-$25 for one or two It is in a terrific location, several blocks from the river, the international ATM, and several French influenced cafes. more
