Had a lovely 2 day stay in Vientiane. The Green Park Hotel is very welcoming, staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely building reflecting Laotian tradition. Quite nearby to the main centre of the city (15 min walk) and there is a very handy complimentary shuttle service. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the swimming pool is great and breakfast in... In Vientiane for a quick 3 day business trip, I very nearly selected another hotel (weighing rates vs. location vs. comfort) before finding this gem. I am glad that I did. Tastefully understated in design and landscaping, it turned out to be a both productive and relaxing stay. Delightful staff all around from reception to restaurants. I found them patient,... More

Have just had a very pleasant few days at this hotel, so peacefull and relaxing with such caring, helpful staff. Our room was on the 1st floor and surrounded by palm trees which gave us our privacy while on our balcony. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and we enjoyed other meals at the hotel, all of a very... More

An excellent mid range hotel with modern buildings and great use of local timber as décor . We booked a deluxe room which basically means that it is on the top of the two floor buildings and have nice balconies secluded by the tops of the palm trees which have been planted throughout the grounds Great staff throughout, always with... This is a really lovely boutique hotel. They tick all the right boxes. The rooms are tastefully decorated, large, air conditioned and spacious. Bathroom is a good size with hot water and all you need amenities. The bed is comfortable, pillows are wonderful. Breakfast choices are vast and will satisfy the hungry traveler. Wifi works and is quick. Free shuttle... More

After arriving to Vientiane, we headed directly to the hotel where we were greeted by very friendly staff. As we had been travelling the for 24 hours, we were quite tired and when it was time to rest - both my husband and I slept like a king and queen. The bed and pillows were amazing and if we didn't... Could this be the best hotel in Laos? We think the Green Park has a great argument for being #1. The hotel is modern, beautiful and has one of the most friendly and patient staff we have experienced. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would recommend this hotel to any travellers in Vientiane. We made a last minute reservation so... More

We arrived in Vientiane and stayed at this lovely hotel on the edge of the main town. Great comfortable room with view across the pool. Could sit outside on a little balcony. Aircon a little noisy, breakfast was very good with lovely little pastries or full cooked if you prefer. Only complaint was the pool was closed due to PH... More

Green Park This is a delightful boutique hotel, well laid out in pleasant surroundings. The hotel is constructed in a square with the rooms all facing onto the pool area and grounds surrounding it. The pool is a nice size with limited sunbeds most of which are shaded throughout the day. The pool itself is a nice size could maybe... More

Across the road. Not at the hotel. Bananas are free with breakfast which more or less makes my title redundant. Had a good stay here. Agree with previous comments re pool and mosquitos. They are terrible, especially in the lobby. If you sit in the lounges prepare to be swarmed. Overall it's a nice property and rooms are more than... More
