The hotel price is quite cheaper than some other hotels in the same area. It takes us only ten minutes for walking to the centre of the town. The breakfast is so fantastic. Our rooms are nice and so much comfort. The staff are very helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vientiane. More

During our 7 months of traveling in India/Asia this was the worst hotel by far.i knew it would not be great so booked a suite, but I was in for a big surprise. It is filthy dirty beyond description. The sink and bath were lined with mould and the shower curtain was aa curtain of mould. The carpets looked like... More

To say this place is a dump is put too happy a face on things. Toilets in many of the rooms are missing seats, the air conditioning doesn't work--in fact almost nothing works, windows are missing panes of glass, the carpets haven't been vacuumed this decade. Our bathroom had black mold growing down from the ceiling and an equally moldy... More

Well- Much to my sadness and horror,my one favorite place to stay while visiting has been laid to waste. Its like a family member on life support with no real hope of recovering.."oh poor ole aunt connie, what should we do,continue tube-feeding her or just pull the plug"?...*please note there is no aunt connie and she is not ill, this is just... Old hotel (possibly not long for this world), & some of the staff slightly disengaged in that Lao way. Rooms small, musty. Wifi often so slow it's barely worth using. But cheap ($15 special on now) & 5-10 min walk from riverside. And quiet (mainly because there aren't many other guests). BTW: If you are coming to Vientiane to check... More

You can def. find better places and worse ones here, but the location is good, there is a bkk grill downstairs as well.Living in asia i think i have learned how to... More
