Can't really fault this hotel. Our room was spacious with two double beds. The outdoor eating area was quaint, and the reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast options were great; picking two items from a range including crepes, croissants, eggs, fruit, etc. Very fast service too!

We walked into the lovely courtyard and thought "wow this place might be nice". The first night we were here no wifi. Beds are hard but the linen is OK. The air conditioning was very old and dusty we didn't use after the first night as when I woke up I was quite nasally and had a sore throat from... More

The room here is okay, but the courtyard is really lovely. The staff is pretty helpful, only stayed here one night and that was enough. The breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular all around. Good location for walking around.

We stayed here for one night and the staff were incredibly helpful. I needed to print boarding passes for a flight and they happily let me email the tickets and printed them for me. The rooms are quite spacious and the bathroom is clean (it is the usual SE Asian style where having a shower means everything gets wet). The... More

Pro (+): great location near lots restaurants, bars, live entertainment, night market, government buildings, banks, etc.; relatively clean rooms and en suite bathrooms (toilet-shower-sink combo); nice small green atrium/courtyard; multiple choice breakfast options - taste OK; decent WiFi; not as noisy being on a side street; air con works; ornate corridors Con (-): many mosquitos visit very often; very difficult... Stayed here as part of an organised tour. The staff were very accommodating and the courtyard is very pleasant. The location is right in the middle of things near the Nam phou fountain. The rooms were on the small side for a couple, although would be perfect for single travelers. I am not a fan of the wet room bathroom... More

This hotel was our first stop in Laos and it has one big thing in its favour. Location. Very central in Vientiane and most places of interest are within walking distance. Night market, Patuxai gate, Wat Si Saket and Presidential Palace are all close enough. However a bit of patience is required once you actually check in. The lobby is... More

We moved here after Sala Inping to join a bicycle tour group. It wouldn't be my first choice, but it is fine. It's strong points are a great location, good a/c and a great staff. Wifi is decent as well. On the downside, the rooms are a bit cramped and worn, there are some unpleasant odors wafting about, and breakfast... More

Could have been a lot nicer, but I'm guessing management gave up. Very outdated and run down. Random stacks of furniture in the lobby. A simple coat of paint would go a long way here. The courtyard has so much potential, but all the wear and tear takes away. Positives- room was mostly clean and we had a/c. Staff was... More

Nice clean hotel, with very clean rooms and good AC. The best part about the place was the location you are right in the heart of Vientiane. There was no safe I the room but they did have lock boxes at the front desk anyone of the cupboards in the room locked. Found it a little bit expensive for what... More
