The hotel accomodation cost is very affordable but the service is excellent. The hotel location is very near to river park (Mekong) and a stone's throw away from famous night market, banks and other public places where tourist is fond of going.

1 night and we slept like babies The room is huge and quiet, we benefited from the pool where we chilled for hours. The staff is nice with little English but always willing to help. A nice relaxing place where we really enjoyed being on vacation

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Laos / Vietnam / Bali holiday. This hotel was fantastic. Free airport pick up, rooms are big, spacious and light with a very good size bathroom including a bath. We requested and where given top floor with balcony overlooking the promenade to our left and the street life for atmosphere. Room... More

Stayed hear for 5 days, the manager Husain and all staff were fantastic, Stayed in room 311, overlooking the pool, couldn't be more happy. The manager Husain is very polite, careing and will do anything for us, any requests no problem, had a small room service menu but it was no problem to get the main resturant menu and take... More

This hotel is extremely well located and this was the major attraction for me. It also has a pool (which seems to be a bit of a rare thing for a hotel in Vientiane) which was the deciding point for choosing it over others in the same street. Other than the location and pool, the rest of the hotel is... More

The hotel manager insists on keeping a copy of all passports indefinitely instead of copying the information they need, regardless of how many times a guest stays. Internet dropped for almost an entire day and was so slow when it was up. 45 minutes late for a wake-up call.

Ended up here by chance, a basic hotel probably better suited for backpackers. Clean hotel with basic premises that tick a lot of boxes but not a lot more. Vientiane lack a variety of western chain hotels, there are however more charming alternatives than this.

Good location, a large room, a good place for eating and taking a walk and habing a herbal saunas and massage! The best service in this type of hotel should not be expected too much. Clerks were diligent but no smile. If we ask them some help, they difinitely deal with them. overall, good hotel!

It's not the typical "Best Western" - rather a nice hotel in the heart of touristy Vientiane, very near the Night Market and the Mekong River. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and massage places nearby and in walking distance. Very recommended for business travellers - rooms have decent and adequately sized work spaces!! Plus a reasonable WiFi-access. Not to forget the... More

Good , Excellent position, prices as expected. Many of my friends stay here. Not a bad beer bar out the back and close to most eating in Vientiane, Convenient , Clean ( mostly ). Not the sort of place you stay for a cultural experience , or a view. Used to be the Tai Pan Hotel, was better then with... More
