For calling themself a 4* hotel in Asia, they really need improvements! In the room: the water is not running well, the beds are too hard (but that's personal), some parts of the fridge breaks off, basicly everything has had it's time and they should renovate it a little bit. When speaking about their staff, very very poor English for... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. The beds were hard as a rock with the springs poking you in different areas of your body. We needed a massage just to move in the morning. They say they offer shuttle service to and from airport and then acted like we needed to book days in advance even though the shuttle was... More

The rooms here are clean and spacious but do need updating. There's nothing wrong with the rooms as such they're just a bit stuck in the 1980s. There is a mini bar in the room, a TV, a safe, laundry service and room service is available so there's nothing lacking. The lobby bar has a good selection of drinks although... More

was a little unsure about this hotel as there seems to be a lot of reviews whinging about the dated rooms. It is not that bad, it actually has some charm about it and we had a club room on the fourth floor and could not fault it. The club room does include canapés and drinks in the lounge between... Nothing much to say about this plain Jane hotel. Dont think there is much choice in the city and if you are having a short stay in town I guess this hotel will do. Rooms were clean but looked sparse and outdated, service was average.

We stayed over the weekend in a small boutique hotel while our son had a football tournament. That hotel was actually quite nice and when they realized that we are three, they gave us immediately an extra bed without any charge. After the tournament we stayed for another 3 days to explore Vientiane and I thought it is a good... More

This hotel is quite close to the Mekong River. Your usual lobby and my room was a typical business hotel room The breakfast was buffet style with hit and cold dishes on offer to suit most tastes. There was a pool area and a couple of tourist style shops in the lobby
