Stayed here for 3 nights. Thought the location was pretty good for wandering around Vientiane. Staff were all friendly and most spoke good English. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay. First 2 nights we were in the cheapest room, pretty small and we had to do lots of shuffling around eachother. Second room was a tiny bit... More

I booked for two nights but ended up staying another two day while I was in Vientiane. Pros: Great location (located next to the fountain). Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We negotiated a cheaper rate since I stayed longer. Hot water heater. Cons: Wifi isn't as strong on the third level. Bathroom was small... More

Very friendly staff, our room wasn't ready upon arrival so we left our bags and wandered the local area. Our room didn't have a window however we were told they would install one the next day. The room was simple but clean, with hot shower and nice bed. Due to no window the ventilation from the bathroom wasn't great and... More

LIKE : Hotel overpriced for the quality. I had paid for 20 us for very small std. bedroom. But acceptable because these is good location. There is not far from shop and restaurant and possible to reach bus station by walk. The staff is nice and friendly. DON'T LIKE : I reserved a standard room from BOOKING.COM but when i... More

Stayed here only one night, but friendly staff and nice room. Room did not have a window, but I did not care. Located near fountain in walking distance from every highlight (temples, center, night market). Ihouse also has bus booking office and coffee bar inside. I would recommend this place.

I hotel is overpriced for the quality of rooms. A little run down. For a two star hotel the price is too high. There are similar quality places nearby for much less or for the same money you can find much better

Having cycled through Laos' dusty roads & a mixed bag of accommodation we were looking for somewhere a bit nicer for Christmas & found this little spot just the ticket. Clean, friendly staff & well situated with a cafe in the lobby. The small complimentary breakfast isn't anything to write home about but there's a multitude of bakeries within 3mins... More

Avoid room 222. The balcony has 4 A/C compressors. Each make a noise. Fortunately they don't cavitate. By positioning my supine bulk I could locate a standing wave where the vibrations cancelled out and the sound dropped a good 20dB.

Laos regresses backwards every-time I visit. The prices climb continuously ever higher while the standards get lower and the hotels remain in a state terminal decline. The ihouse hotel is no different. The mattress sags in the middle, a strong smell of damp overpowers the nostrils on entry to the room. Another annoying aspect is that unlike the rest of... More

I stayed at iHouse for 3 nights. It was a great place to stay. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect. Close to many many cafes, bakeries, restaurants and walking distance to the market and river side. They have complimentary bottled water daily. There is also a cafe in the lobby of the hotel. They recently renovated. Nothing... More
