This is an excellent hotel for the businness traveller and the self-sufficent traveller. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and helpful The breakfast was good. The airport transfer was free. I would reccomend it to the tourist/traveller was wants a calming location without the vulgar, drunken tourists (both young and older) than are attracted to other hotels.

booked this hotel as they offer round trip transfer service from the airport. Unfortunantly uppon arrival they did not arrange our transfer so we took a taxi to the hotel. After our complaint the returned us the cost of the taxi. Standard rooms are located on ground floor with no view but are spacius clean and with nice bathroom. Wifi... More

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the following reasons. It is centrally located within a walking distance from the major attractions, but without much noise around. The rooms are bright and spacious and thoroughly cleaned daily with comfortable beds. Free shuttle service to the airport is provided several times a day. The breakfast is a bit on the modest... I stayed here for two nights during February after arriving from Luang Prabang. First off my image was tainted by the lack of airport pick up at the start. I had contacted them twice through booking.com contact form to inform on the arrival flight I had no return contact so really chase up if you expect this service seems as... More

I stayed at the AV last August for 3 nights, and was pleasantly surprised, my room was a good size, as was my bed, not much in the way of views, but reasonable price, and I have stayed at a few hotels in Vientiane. Breakfast very basic, unless you like Laos rice soup etc, but the staff made up for... More

Quite impressed with this hotel. The location is very close to the happening areas (Morning Market, nightlife etc.) it has has a small car park (watch out for turning though as it is very tight). The rooms are nice although a little small as was the bed with having a baby sleep with us, but it was clean and fully... More

This hotel is a quiet and has a perfect location only 5 minute walk to Wat Si Saket, Ho Pra Keo and Presidential Palace. But do not expect any great views from the room. Breakfast is delicious. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

I stayed here for 2 nights over the Christmas high season when hotels along the riverfront were all full and/or out of my budget. Overall, it was a fine stay for the price, though nothing special. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air-con was nice and cold and there's TV and WiFi.... More

This is a very, very basic 3 star hotel. I wouldn't go in here with too many expectations. The staff are never really interested in helping you out or making things easy for you, do not come here if you are a service orientated guest. The location is good if you want to be close to Wat Si Saket, The... More
