I stayed at the Inter City this past week in a deluxe room with a tub. The room doesn't look like it does in the photos, smaller then the photo and the walls need a new paint job. The view is nice as it's panoramic, room service available, and the bed was cozy. Breakfast was mediocre. I opt for the... More

My greeting was nice but that was about all that I can say about my experience in this hotel. My room had a really bad smell and they said they couldn't change me because the hotel was full. The room was very old and it was only clean in the obvious places, meaning if i put my finger on the... More

Situated close to the Mekong with panorama view of the river. Sentrally located in the most attractive and busy part of the city with respect to restaurants, other eating places, bars, shops and also other hotels. My favourite hotel in Vientiane. Reasonably priced (can be negotiated) clever and helpfull staff and usefull kitchen. Some rooms are relatively small but serves... More

I've stayed here for few times, and for this last trip in Vientiane for business during hottest season ... air con here are not that good enough to cool down you and your room. We booked 5 rooms .. and all of them were too hot to stay. I didn't experience this during other months. Especially the suite room 999... More

Hotel owns an ideal location best but it seems the hotel owners frequently have no new investments in the infrastructure and equipment ostracism. most of the equipment has deteriorated and many facilities in the room layout has no use anymore. if the hotel has a reasonable investment, it will be an ideal destination.

I have been travelling through Laos for a week on a tour and the standards of hotels have been great until we got to Vientiane. When I saw the hotel was opposite the river I hoped to get a riverfront room but I was not so lucky. Our room has three windows one opens to the floors lobby, second doesn't... More

The only reason we stayed here was because the tuk tuk driver brought us here from the border! It is your very basic hotel. We got a room without a view for about $50US a night, which was a little bit on the pricier side to what we got. The bed was very creaky and the AC didn't work very... More

The good We chose this hotel because we'd stayed here a few years ago and the price, around 30 USD, was right. Then we had a large, river view, room with hardwood floors. As far as I can tell, nothing has changed. It has a great location overlooking the Mekong and a temple. The night market takes place right across... More

Photos on web are great. But, unfortunately it is cheating you. The real view of the outside of hotel is very dirty and looks too old. Some rooms have problem like noisy air conditioner. If you book on agoda.com, then they will give you dirty room. Check the room and tell them, change the room! Night market is held beside... More
