This hotel is just ok. Location is pretty good, we had a superior room which was nice and big but the bathrooms were ugly, a bit dirty and dark. Staff is ok, speak decent english and breakfast was just fine. It wasn't that cheap, I think there could be better options, there are lots of little hotels around the area.... More

It is right next to a bar which plays very loud music until midnight. You can hear the music clearly as well as the bass pounding in your room. The ac unit is very loud but does not give out any cool air. The beds are a single old mattress on a bed and the sheets don't fit the bed... More

This is an unusual hotel, it's a art gallery and hotel. The staff were friendly and very laid back. My room was at the front of the building overlooking the Mekong river and night market. The bed was very, very comfortable! The safety deposit box was not bolted down so it could be easily removed, and the door locks were... More

Stayed here over 4 years ago and this was my first time back. The hotel is what can be described as, quaint. Rooms are very dated, but for me this adds to the charm. French style doors reminds of the colonial past of this lovely country. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom facilities all in good working order too. Would definately... More

A nice hotel in a decent spot overlooking the Mekong. Can be noisy at night due to the bar next door and the main road. Breakfast is simple but nice. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and a safety deposit box.

This place isn't bad. It's right by the river and has some positives but it needs some work. The breakfast isn't great and the rooms do need some work. The A/Cs in some of the rooms don't work great and the rooms are a little run down. The doors to the rooms had massive gaps in them leaving the A/C... More

I have had the misfortune to stay in a few bad hotels over the years and the Inter City in Vientiane, Laos ranks right there with one of the worst. I should go and check the dictionary definition of 'boutique' perhaps but the Inter City and 'boutique' don't go together in my opinion. The moment the taxi pulled up at... More

The interiors were good. Not that impressive, but you know it had been thought out. You can appreciate the effort also in the corridors going to your room. Good location. Lots of restaurants in the area. And just across a night bazaar that mushrooms in the evenings. (NOTE: you can buy lots of goodies at very, very, VERY cheap prices)... More

We booked this guest house through the website Agoda. A friend had recommended it as he had stayed here before. The hotel is located on the River running through Vientiane and is located fairly central to the city. The hotel itself is dated and I would not recommend staying there. The outside plants are dead, the AC barely worked, the... More

I booked a suite which proved to be spacious, with plenty of hardwood furnishings in traditional style. It was lovely! However, the rest of the hotel is shabby and lacking in maintenance. The initial view of the outside made me think that I was about to enter a slum. Check-in was efficient but the lift does not reach all floors... More
