We stayed three nights at the Vayakorn Inn, rooms 203 and 205. Rooms are not very big, but spacious enough for a short stay, shower and airco are okay. The place is super super clean. Wifi works perfect in the room. Staff only moves or speaks when you ask them something (probably because they understand and speak only a few... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - it is good value and the rooms are very spacey. The breakfast is limited, but well priced at $4US and if you don't want it there are plenty of cafes around with lots of choices. The location is also very good for seeing the city sights and the taxi fare from... More

I was very surprised how terrible my stay at this hotel was! There were ants in my crawling in the bed and swimming in my glass of water! When I showed this to one of the staff members, he just gave me moskito spray. There was no other room to switch to. The next morning, when I asked for a... More

The Vayakorn Inn is well located in the heart of the town, near restaurants, bars and the river. The hotel resembles a large town house with a big reception area on the ground floor, polished floors and traditional furnishings. We have stayed here twice. On both occasions the room was spacious with wooden furniture and a solid feel - perhaps... More

Single room no 108; think 'forgotten wardrobe space that can be turned into another room' type scenario. The wall paper motifs are grey bricks, floor tiles are grey bricks, view from the window is . . .you guessed it . . . A brick wall. Furniture is old, neglected and tired looking; tv looks so ancient that I didn't even... More

I have stayed at the Vayakorn Inn for business travel, but would definitely stay here if travelling through Vientiane on holidays as it is very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. For business wifi is ok, laundry services good, big breakfast (eggs, bread, fruit) every morning and secure parking for your bike or scooter. Service is excellent and... More

Love this place! Stay here every time I go into Vientiane. It's clean, comfortable, good location, and the staff are always very nice. Only issue is the dogs barking outside occasionally but that comes with being in the city. They tend to fill up on weekends so you may need to book ahead.

It is a terrible hotel for long stay such as business purpose. Free Wifi is always down and laundry is returned 3-5 days after. Good point is ...... only location.

We stayed at Vayakorn inn for one night in February. Our room was on the top floor, so it was a bit of a climb up the stairs, but that was okay for us. The room itself was very clean, bed was not super soft but slept fine, and the bathroom was a decent size. The hotel was easy to... More
