The hotel is at a convenient location, restaurants and cafes are within minutes of walk. The room is clean and well furnished but small. For one person to stay, the size is acceptable. But for two, it may be a bit crowded. There is little space for more than one luggage! The air-con needs to be upgraded. Its noise was... More

Hotel is quaint. Free wifi, rooms are quite small but are cleanly. A decent location in Vientiane, but not the best either. Stayed as part of a G Adventures tour. Has an elevator if you need one for accessibility. Nothing overly special, but also not terrible

We stayed here as part of a group tour. Hotel rooms are on the smaller size and the lift barely fits 2 people in it so be ready to climb stairs. Breakfast was not great, boiled eggs that were already cooked and re-boiled and burnt croissants. Staff were not overly friendly or helpful. Visit COPE, worth the visit.

The room we had with double bed was very small. The air con was old and not sufficient for the heat. Also, the elevator barely fits 2 people with luggage. The WiFi connection was good. Cable TV has CNBC, CNN, and several other stations in English.

We were on a tour, so I have no idea about what the city offers for comparables. Our room was small, the ac really didn't work, and our windows wouldn't lock. Breakfast was "adequate" but fairly forgettable. It was a very good location for being able to walk almost anywhere, so that was a real plus. It certainly was no... More

I stated in this hotel for 3 nights in November 2014. The staff was as helpful and friendly as they could be given limited Enlishg speaking capabilities. The room itself was small yet clean and comfortable. The reason they received 3/5 stars is because I didn't have hot water for any of my stay and after day 1, the shower... More

I stayed here one night non a tour. The staff were quick and efficient and the room was neat and clean. It is in a noisy neighborhood. But there is good cheap food within walking distance. I am neither impressed nor put off by this property. It is dead on average.

Just stayed the 1 night here. Got the deluxe suite. Air con was just adequate. No fans. All staff struggle with English so most things are an effort to ask for. Basic breakfast. Smallest lift in the world. Lol Easy walk at night to the river and night market. Overall it was ok.

The hotel is decent enough. However if you like to sleep late be prepared to hear slamming doors in the morning as everyone bum rushes the breakfast area at 7 in the morning. Another problem is that by 8 am all the croissants are long gone. And the hotel doesn't have extra. The staff is nice, and the showers have... More
