Stayed 3 nights here. Small and clean rooms, but nice staff! Good breakfast. For your coffee I recommend the trendy cafe across the street (can´t remember the name..). The staff was very helpfull to offer me a guide of Bishkek. The guide even invited me in to his home for supper :-) A very nice experience.

Well situated (with the fabulous craft shop opposite). Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast. Usual cunning "variable" height steps on all staircases and slopes and lintels - an art form in all post Soviet buildings it seems. The concept of "non-smoking" appears to mean not smoking at the moment rather than never smoked in so the smell lingers. Great views... More

I stayed twice at this hotel, and found it to be clean, comfortable and with very polite staff. I could find a few thing not so great, but there is no perfect place, except home :) The hotel has free WiFi, with excellent connection and speed. Breakfast is excellent, and there is a conference hall for 20 people in hotel...

The hotel is located in the same building with the box federation of Kyrgyzstan. Some kind of warning for unpredictable hotel guests. Rooms are not big, but clean. Single beds are probably kids size. Elevator is renovated, nit originally is probably from 18 century:)

Hotel is in the centre of Bishkek, perfect location to start exploring the city with some decent restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Hotels itself, however, puts no effort to keep up the standard with it location - overpriced with little comfort. Paid USD 130 for suite which included separate small bedroom, just as small hall room with tv and... More

I spent here a week in June 2012. LOCATION: It's a small local hotel located downtown Bishkek in a corner, right next to a bank. There is Turkish super market about a block away and many restaurants within walking distance (2-3 blocks away). Bishkek is a small city, so it is relatively easy to move around by taxi. Traffic can... More

Small, but very comfortable and very clean standard room...WIFI works 24h and is free... staff at reception speaks English and is attentive and caring (forwarding messages in absence of the guest, getting reliable taxi...); centrally located... safe (guard)... good breakfast buffet (last floor) with lady taking your order for anything warm from porridge to eggs... best value for your money... I`ve spent there 6 days and every day I had perfectly cleaned room with all my staff nicely put in places. Breakfast is nice - you have to ask woman to make what you like. Photos of the Kyrgyzstan on the wall attract you and motivate to visit as many places as possible. Security always help you 24\7

The Urmat Ordo is in a central location, offering easy ability to walk to shops, restaurants, bars in the evenings. The single rooms are pleasantly arranged, and wireless internet remains free with good connections. The luxury rooms are much larger, but offer no more amenities except a sofa, and space. I did not experience the reported disco in the basment... More

This is a great budget hotel in the middle of Bishkek. Clean, well designed functional rooms with free wifi, same-day laundry service and friendly staff that speak English. The menu-based choice of cooked breakfast is fine (pancakes, rice pudding, omelette and a lot of other choices every morning included), but the additional breads-and-assorted items could be fresher. This place does... More
