On my 1st trip to Astana I stayed in Jumbaktas Hotel, I was very pleased with the quality of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. So....it became my regular hotel for Astana. Good rooms, comfortable mattresses, adequate bathroom and good wardrobe with safe. Breakfast is catered for every one. If it is not, or finished, they will make... More

Stayed there for 3 night on my last business trip. They have arranged an airport transfer for me, so that was nice. Check in was fine and friendly. Service is fine too. Where they need help is their bar area. Need more seating, needs to have knowledgeable staff. Waitress didn't know what their local foods were maid out of. Buffet... More

Very good quality/Price ratio. Except one problem with taxi service from Airport to Hotell, all is fine. Rooms big and clean, service good, restaurant is fine. I recommend this hotel especially for business trips.

A great hotel on the left bank, walking distance or very short drive from all the new area. Very friendly and communicative staff, starting from room reservation, breakfast room and front desk. It does not seem to belong to a brand, so it is some more reasonably priced, but still run very well. The hotel is quite new, and so... More

The hotel is on the left bank of the river and it is quite remote from the main sightseeings. But given that you will never walk in Astana from Oct to Apr, this is not a problem at all. The rooms are bigger than average. Staff is trained and polite. Breakfast is not worse than in the most chain-hotels of... More
