The staff was incredibly friendly going out of their way to help us with all our needs. Specially Ruslan at reception during the day. It is a bit far from the centre but a nicd and easy 15 min bus ride. The rooms are comfortable, bathrooms a bit small. Good value. Internet and breakfast incl.
Best value I had in 10 days in Kazakhstan. All staff very welcoming. Manager speaks decent English (and Italian too I believe). European quality decor in decent room and bathroom.
