I had a nice big room - that's the end of the good news. The city's expanding all the time, but at the moment it's in the outer darkness and a taxi ride is needed to go anywhere (though there's an adequate Italian restaurant a few doors away). Breakfast is restricted in choice and very poor in quality - for... More

I stayed here for one week in mid Mach, 2013. The hotel is located between the new government sector and the old city of Astana, so it requires a taxi ride to go to most places. It's on a busy street surrounded by apartment buildings, with several small mini-markets and a shopping center within walking distance. The hotel is very... More

A very nice hotel with a very friendly staff, a very clean rooms and the service is excellent. The restaurant is fine as well, it is very important to have a good hotel restaurant because specially during winter the temp drops to -35, so it's not a good idea to go out to an outside restaurant after a long working... Their website gives wrong impression that it's clean and modern - it is not. It's a mix of a Soviet B&B and a motorway services hotel for £30 a night. There's no lobby to speak of - there's a gloomy looking glass box that says "Smoking room" - that's about it! Breakfast could only be consumed by locals who eat... More

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is small, very nice furnished, clean, modern rooms. Nice bed, linen and bathroom. No bath, only shower. The staffs are friendly, chatty and helpful. Breakfast ok, nothing special. The hotel is a bit away from the new part of Astana, but I still was able to walk to the centre (about 20-30min).... More

I I find this hotel very good, clean and very tidy rooms. Modern furniture and cosy design. A proper European standard with wifi. Location wise its ok if you are ready to use taxis to the center, abt 700kazakh tenge. Big shopping mals are also distanced. But I find hotel perfect for business trips with good wifi and breakfast
