Stayed for 3 nights at a reduced rate negotiated by an NGO. Good value at that price but not at full price. Good breakfast, better off in town for the evening meals. Ten minutes easy walk from the royal palace at the beginning of the waterfront strip when you leave the hotel by the back entrance. Staff helpful.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a volunteer group (in other words, I had to) There are much nicer places to stay in Phnom Penh for a fraction of the price. First, I'll state the positives: -good Asian breakfast (may not be everyone's taste but I really enjoyed it) -great coffee -basic but functional gym Now, the negatives:... More

My family stayed at two different apartment homes at this compound for the 5 years we lived in Phnom Penh. At first at a two bed room, one floor apartment which is really quite small for a family of 4 but for the most part of 5 years stayed at thier double storey, 4 bedroom villa house. As long time... This was our first hotel on our two week Southeast Asia trip, and I'm glad we got it over with right up front. After the Imperial Garden Villa & Hotel, everything was uphill. First, the location of this hotel is not great. It's a good 20 minute, somewhat confusing, walk to the commercial tourist area along the Mekong River. Some... More

We spent three nights here before a Gate 1 tour. The room was Spartan, clean, and comfortable. Everything was in working order, the A/C was easy to control and the internet signal was strong. We found the staff among the friendliest of our three weeks in Asia. We were jet lagged and suffered from the humidity, so ended up having... More

I have stayed at this hotel for about 7 days for business purposes however the over all experience was nice. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, with a gym and swimming pool. Available at any time. The hotel is about 40mins far from the Airport by car if there's a heavy traffic, if not then it's about... More

The hotel was nice and clean the staff pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast included. The beds were HARD. The pool was quiet and very refreshing. Overall not a bad hotel, just wish for a softer mattress! Had a fridge in room.

Hotel is nicely located in Riverside, facing the Mekong River. Taxi from the Airport is a fix rate of US$12. A leisurely walk along Sisowath Quay takes you to the Royal Palace, and further on to Wat Phnom. There is a small local shopping strip on the street along the south side of the hotel. You can buy really cheap... More

We didn't choose this hotel, it was chosen for us by my husband's employer for a conference. It was fine enough- though with two of us, they only gave us a double room (two small double beds) instead of a room with one larger bed. The room was fine- bathroom was dated, but clean. Air-con worked well. The grounds were... More

Having backpacked around Cambodia for some months i've stayed in a large range of places and from dorms and rooms in hostels to villas and hotels. In Cambodia $30 a night can get you alot in any of these. Pools, wifi, spas, breakfast included. Ive never paid over $40 before and every experience has been impeccable. For $144 a night,... More
