This villa is very beautiful, large with a lovely pool. Rooms are fabulous with pretty comfort beds. This hotel is located in an interesting area. It takes us about ten 15 minutes to many restaurants and shops. Our breakfast was great. We like this pretty hotel. Highly recommended! More

We only stayed one night at the Imperial Garden Villa & Hotel. It was chosen by the tour company we were traveling with and we were quite satisfied. It's in a nice location along the Mekong with a park in front. Our flight arrived quite late, so we basically went right to bed, then left early the next morning. Our... More

I stayed here twice so far: in February 2010 and August 2011 and had a very pleasant stay. It is a quite place outside busy Phnom Penh down town yet you could get to any place within a few minutes. Once when I wanted to go and have some mid-night snack around 1:30am (as restaurants around the area was closed... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa, it was very clean and spacious, but the beds were very hard. The staff was very nice. We had trouble with our Internet, the the repair person was very good. He followed up throughout our stay. The furniture and decor were dated, but it was comfortable and clean. The location was... More

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, mid August 2011. The hotel location is very nice overlooking the mekong river, and close to mant restaurants. A perfect choice if you fancy busy night life and, dining out, and busy night clubs (which I'm not) Also close to many of the site-seeing attractions of Phnom Penh. The Silver Pagoda, Wat Phnom... Poolside area very pleasant and the restaurant was ok and the staff were generally quite helful. However the bedroom I had was very dark even in the middle of the day but the biggest problem was that it was infested with mosquitos. I would not stay here again. More

We stayed one night at the imperial garden hotel and it was enough. When we ssee the room we wanted to move to another hotel but the reception had already asked us to pay $95 for the room. The room was dirty : mosquitoes stains on the walls, dirty coverbed and carpet. It was the worst hotel we stayed in... More

The hotel is part of a large complex of villas which are rented long term. We didn't use the pool, the food was average although the breakfasts were quite interesting. We were there during the River Festival, so the location made it very noisy as we had a room which faced the river. The room was nice & spacious. More
