As usual with all "smile organisation" staff, they are just oustanding! moreover the place is really nice, great rooms just off busy road. The location of the hotel is a bit south, but it is good to be a bit offsite in PP. More

Unfortunately for us there was a group of 20 children staying the night we were there, so it wasn't exactly peaceful - especially at 7:00am. But it definitely had a lot of potential as a nice place to stay. Close to the S21 Prison museum, which makes it not so central. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the... More

Bit less central than we expected but not a real problem with availability of cheap tuk-tuks. Hard bed and open plan loo, room faciliies & atmosphere to be desired. Smart design. Very helpful staff. Lovely roof terrace. Simple but nice breakfast. More

I have been staying at Frangipani60 for a couple of years now and I highly recommend this boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are modern, staff are so friendly and will help in any way they can, breakfast is included which is a hot cooked breakfast and fresh fruit. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Frangipani60 is like... More

Had a great stay at this hotel! Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped us with getting around the city and booking our bus to Siem Reap. The breakfast was also great, toast and eggs with fresh fruit! The rooms were clean and had lovely features. The location is not on the tourist riverside part of the city,... More

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful, plus free Wi-Fi in the rooms, my second stay at Villa-60s. Great location near one of the main streets, Sihanouk blvd. Lucky market nearby is well-supplied and many traditional Khmer restaurants are within walking distance across Sihanouk blvd. Just had some outstanding Khmer fish soup with lots of tomatoes, pineapples, and fish (not one bone)... More

A lovely hotel far from noisy tourists and expats joints. No problem to find around (within ten minutes walk) some nice places for lunch or dinner. We liked the Villa 90s. A relaxing hotel with a cute small garden. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and gracious. The room was spacious, clean, elegant in its minimalist way, with a decent... More

Our stay in Phon Penh was a succes, the room was bigger than expected for this price and and had everything we needed. The staff is helpfull and we found a very nice tuck tuck driver in front of the hotel that helped us around in the city. More

We spent a wonderful 6 nights at their sister hotel in Siem Reap, so we figured the Phnom Penh hotels were a safe bet. Though we only spent 1 night at the Villa 60's, it was a significant downgrade from Siem Reap. The Villa 60's really is just a small apartment building, with a tiny outdoor area in front for... More
