There was some confusion when we arrived as to which of the branches we were staying in - they have two locations, one of which is better placed to see the sights. We ended up in the less well placed location but as Phnom Penn is quite easy and cheap to get around in ($3 anywhere pretty much in a... more

Let's be clear that there are 2 F'pani villas - 60s and 90s- I went on Agoda, booked F'pani 90s (which was showing vacancies 3 days before my stay), got a confirmation slip (and address) showing my booking at 90s and was never asked if I wanted to switch to their 60s place - which I didn't as I wanted... more

Let us make a clear response to the guest who came to stay at Frangipani Villas for a night at a nice and beautiful mini-studio room through online booking, which always make an instant booking confirmation. Online booking system requires us to update every minute in order to avoid overbooking given that there is a time difference between Cambodia and...

Frangipani Villa 90s is modern, quiet, clean, but a bit far from the action. The breakfast was adequate, but we had no desire to eat at the restaurant, meaning that we had to take a tuktuk for any lunch or dinner. The staff were very kind and helpful. There is good, reasonable priced laundry service. There is wired internet in... more

This is an awesome hotel for your stay in Phnom Penh. Helpful staff, brand new modern rooms, great free breakfast, good aircon, about $3 tuktuk ride to the river & bar area. more

I loved this place- we stayed at Frangipani 60s which is a sanctuary in the midst of the dirty streets by the Independence Monument. The villa is decorated in a simple, stylish manner and everything works in the rooms- quite a rarity in Cambodia. The staff are unfailingly helpful and will help you with tuk-tuk drivers and other types of... more

Absolutely loved the Fangipani Villas! My friend and I stayed at the Frangipani Villas 90's, so I can not speak to their first establishment, Frangipani Villa's 60's. We fell in love with Frangipani the moment we stepped into their lush garden oasis. The hotel is hidden behind a thick wall and gate in the center of a residential area. There... more

For the second year in a row, I have stayed at Frangipani Villa 60s with my study abroad group. For the past 6 weeks (13 May - 25 June), we have called Frangipani Villa 60s our home. We fill the entire villa and the staff truly make us feel like one enormous family. The meals are amazingly wonderful with authentic... more

Stayed there only for one night, but loved it from the moment I arrived. Had to look for a place to stay on the spot and the staff was super friendly and helpful even at my very late arrival in the middle of the night. It's true the place is not in the centre of the city but no more... more
