The hotel is in a quiet location that at first took some finding. After the initial drama the hotel was unbelievable, the food was terrific, the staff extremely friendly with very good English, the rooms were large. Even though we were only a couple it seems a great place for families. The tuk tuk drivers that we used were all... More

We would only rate this Hotel a 2 star out of 5 stars. Next time we would pay a little extra and stay at least 4 stars in Phnom Penh. From the moment we entered the property, we got a bad feeling felt like a rundown dive! Tropical trees planted everywhere with mud dirt underneath (mosquito magnet!), the security is... More

Don't even think twice, just book this hotel! It is awesome, perfect in every way! It is extremely family friendly if required, but also romantic if needed, relaxing if needed, etc. Location is amazingly central, yet tucked away on a quiet leafy street. The highlight is the pool and restaurant area, which has a great menu, two pools: kiddy and... More

After a long hot day I a tuk-tuk there is nothing better than being dropped at the end of the street and walking through to the hotel. As the president lives on the same street entry is restricted so the hotel is peaceful. Staff are incredibly friendly and a complete joy. We would stay again simply for the passionfruit juice... We -- a multi-generational group of 15 people -- stayed at the Kabiki recently and absolutely loved the place and the people who run it. It's a beautiful property located in the middle of a chic residential enclave in Phnom Penh, but it feels isolated because of the thick foliage surrounding the reception area (housed in a lovely whitewashed villa).... After a few nights stay previously at the awful Circa 51, we stayed here for 2 nights prior to leaving Cambodia. The hotel was pretty good... big rooms, lovely staff, abundant breakfast, clean and very quiet. A couple of small wrinkles... my daughter broke a glass and the hotel charged us $5 which i thought was laughable (was it made... More

We stayed there only one night. It's a really nice hotel on the center, just near the palace, you have to go walking for 20mt because there is a barrier to enter. The room was perfect and the girl and boy in the check in were really proffesional and friendly! Thanks for everything guys, we had a great stay!!

We stayed at the Kabiki for 4 days, with two small children. I found it to be one of the best family-friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and were excellent with the kids. I was really impressed that the staff made helpful suggestions about getting around the city as... I stayed here for two nights and it was fantastic value for money. The staff here are so helpful and happy to help.I had booked the wrong date but only discovered on arrival. The staff simply changed the date with no hesitation. The bungalow style room was very big and well furnished. I would stay here again and not even look... More

Very friendly staff, lovely warm welcome. We ate from the pool side restaurant several times and all the meals were wonderful (although a Cambodian serve of bacon might not be what you expect, but that is a national situation!) We booked a taxi through the hotel to pick us up from the airport as I had heard about problems with... More
