Service was great and staff were very polite and helpful. Welcome drink and snack on arrival. It is a bit of a walk to the royal palace and night markets especially in the heat but you can get a Tuktuk to these places for $2-4 so it is not such a big deal.

Great design, beautiful gardens and pool, top location, lovely personnel. The food is nice enough although you should definitely try some of phnom pens restaurants: they are outstanding! We liked it a lot. Great for families, but also couples. Flowers everywhere, the smell of Frangi Pangi flowers surround you.

I stayed at The Kabiki for one night. The welcome was lovely with cool towels and a juice. The room was fine with the bathroom excellent. Location close to the Royal Palace so could walk everywhere. Breakfast was good also had a lunch there which was fine. The place is very clean and the pool restaurant area very good. Staff... More

This was a wonderful boutique hotel nestled in a tropical garden in center of Phnom Penh. The highlight was a pool shaded by the trees surrounding it. The water was more refreshing than other places we had visited The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging airline tickets, guides and drivers for the next phase of our trip.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is very central - walking distance from the Royal Palace and the National Museum as well as a cute retail area with restaurants and boutiques. The restaurant itself has a nice restaurant and pool as well as really nice rooms with a little deck area. We had a room with a king bed... More

Situated near many of Phnom Penhs main attractions, The Kabiki offers a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. A kitchen that offers well cooked meals close to a relaxing pool-area. Rooms are nice and the personnel friendly and helpful. Can recommend the Kabiki to families that are looking for a easy and familiar hotel

We stayed a total of three nights at this lovely Hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The Kabiki Hotel is set in a nicer neighbourhood of Phnom Penh - actually, you will be next-door neighbours with the Prime Minister when you choose to stay there :) This means it is a secured street with police gating it. No problem for... More

The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely and always cheerful. Our room was a deluxe which suited our needs perfectly,it was also quite spacious. The garden area and pool were well shaded with plenty of sun beds and pergolas, the pool stayed nice and cool due to the trees. The only letdown was the quality of one of my meals... More

We spent 2 nights in this hotel during our trip in Cambodia. The Kabiki appears to be the perfect place to stay in Phnom Penh: quiet street, nice garden and swimming pool, good breakfast, helpful people, clean room with balcony and AC. As a dusty and noisy city, Phnom Penh can be a tiring journey. But a stay at The... More

This was my first time back in Phnom Penh since having a daughter so I knew to do research on an appropriate family friendly hotel. At first I'll admit I was a little disappointed after coming from a holiday in Thailand, things are different - a little more rugged and rusty. But after a day of re-discovering Cambodia I came...
