The hotel is lovely with a park-like setting. The pool area and outdoor eating area are delightful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating is because my room was very dark and had a big step down to the bed area and I almost missed the step a couple of... More

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights and fell in love with it. The tropical gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful and provide shade from the hot sun. Its hard to believe you are in the heart of a bustling city. The priministers residence adjoins it so security is great and you have a private gated road leading... More

This hotel is perfect for our few days staying in Phnom Penh. The hotel grounds are beautiful, feels like being in the rainforest but with excellent service! Our room was clean and nicely decorated etc. The pool area is so relaxing with the trees and the green tiled pool. There is also a small children's pool so seems family friendly. Breakfast... More

The Kabiki is a real gem. An oasis from the noise and dirt of Phnom Penh. As it's located in a street that doesn't allow cars it's very quiet and restful. The grounds are lovely with lots of shade as well as sun beds and day beds. Lovely pool and kids pool. Restaurant and bar serve good food and drinks.... More

This is a suburb hotel, beautiful rooms, quiet surrounds, safe environment. Great service and pleasant staff. After 2 hotels that went wrong, this offered the perfect end to our holiday. We stayed 2 nights, as 3 couples. Staff were helpful and rooms clean and quiet. Hotel is family friendly, with a childrens pool and menu.

The hotel is in a quiet location that at first took some finding. After the initial drama the hotel was unbelievable, the food was terrific, the staff extremely friendly with very good English, the rooms were large. Even though we were only a couple it seems a great place for families. The tuk tuk drivers that we used were all... More

We would only rate this Hotel a 2 star out of 5 stars. Next time we would pay a little extra and stay at least 4 stars in Phnom Penh. From the moment we entered the property, we got a bad feeling felt like a rundown dive! Tropical trees planted everywhere with mud dirt underneath (mosquito magnet!), the security is... More

Dear Guest, I would like to take your review point by point and clarify for Tripadvisor users. -Your first complain was : "Tropical trees planted everywhere with mud dirt underneath (mosquito magnet!)" We are very lucky indeed to have a beautiful and luxurious garden at Kabiki but you may be aware that in October this is the raining season. So... More

Don't even think twice, just book this hotel! It is awesome, perfect in every way! It is extremely family friendly if required, but also romantic if needed, relaxing if needed, etc. Location is amazingly central, yet tucked away on a quiet leafy street. The highlight is the pool and restaurant area, which has a great menu, two pools: kiddy and... More

After a long hot day I a tuk-tuk there is nothing better than being dropped at the end of the street and walking through to the hotel. As the president lives on the same street entry is restricted so the hotel is peaceful. Staff are incredibly friendly and a complete joy. We would stay again simply for the passionfruit juice... We -- a multi-generational group of 15 people -- stayed at the Kabiki recently and absolutely loved the place and the people who run it. It's a beautiful property located in the middle of a chic residential enclave in Phnom Penh, but it feels isolated because of the thick foliage surrounding the reception area (housed in a lovely whitewashed villa)....
