The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely and always cheerful. Our room was a deluxe which suited our needs perfectly,it was also quite spacious. The garden area and pool were well shaded with plenty of sun beds and pergolas, the pool stayed nice and cool due to the trees. The only letdown was the quality of one of my meals... More

We spent 2 nights in this hotel during our trip in Cambodia. The Kabiki appears to be the perfect place to stay in Phnom Penh: quiet street, nice garden and swimming pool, good breakfast, helpful people, clean room with balcony and AC. As a dusty and noisy city, Phnom Penh can be a tiring journey. But a stay at The... More

This was my first time back in Phnom Penh since having a daughter so I knew to do research on an appropriate family friendly hotel. At first I'll admit I was a little disappointed after coming from a holiday in Thailand, things are different - a little more rugged and rusty. But after a day of re-discovering Cambodia I came... This place is perfect for families as well as those who want a break from the chaos of PP. The pool is lovely and wonderful gardens. Rooms are large and well appointed. TV and DVD player. Not a ton of hot water at times but otherwise a fantastic place.

The Kabiki is conveniently located to the Royal Palace and the Independence Monument. A $1 ride away by Tuk Tuk to the Palace and $3 to the riverfront. The hotel is lovely and the service great. Two big drawbacks - you have to walk from the end of the street to the hotel as there is a security barrier in... More

The Kabiki was great. It was everything that we could have hoped for....and more! We stayed there for 5 nights at the end of December (14) and for one night before we flew out in January. It was a quiet, green oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. Our room (number 11) was comfortable, clean... More

The Kabiki was a wonderful last stop on our trip. It's an oasis in the middle of busy Phnom Penh. At night you didn't hear any street noise at all. The grounds are extremely inviting and soothing, a very nice pool+pool area, a very good restaruant connected to it. The passion fruit juice at breakfast was seriously the best passion... More

Good sized bedrooms very French colonial feel to hotel. Nice pool & friendly staff. Breakfast was bland but ok for 2 night stay. Nice surrounding....could be great place for young kids if ours were grown up.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Our room was a beautiful retreat after hours of exploring Phnom Penh and its surrounds. An afternoon lounging by the pool was the perfect way to recharge for the evening. The staff were first class and seamlessly run a beautiful hotel ... an oasis in the middle of... More
