Stayed at The Kabiki for 3 days. Best service, wonderful accommodations, beautiful surroundings. The staff could not have been more helpful. Especially want to thank Pissey, Fata, Channey for going above and beyond for us. The restaurant staff works so hard too. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and return without a moments hesitation

Stayed here for 2nights; service n breakfast just average. We spend more time outside the hotel walking and explore local cuisine. Becare full with local took advantage on the food price. Make sure you have enough smaller change. Try the fried frog where's the local n college student always hangout -taste good. Traditional prepared fish amok taste good.by local lady... More

First of all the welcome we had from Pisey was fantastic. He went to some trouble to explain everything and go through the local map with us. The room was absolutely gorgeous and nothing was too much trouble for the staff (especially as we managed to block the loo up within minutes of arriving 😁, which was sorted out in... More

My family of 4 from the US came as part of 10 day stay in Cambodia. After our taxi driver finally realized that our hotel was behind the Prime Ministers estate, he was able to find the gated entrance to the Kabiki. This meant walking our luggage a bit to get the hotel. The plus side is that you feel... More

Excellent place to relax n unwind. Quiet, away from the hustle of Phnom Penh. Very green n shady pool, great for people who don't really like the hot blazing sun like us. Rooms are clean n comfortable, fit for a family of 5. Staffs are very friendly n courteous. Only setback is the food at the coffee house..rather limited, but... More

An oasis in the city located in the southern part of PP, the Kabiki is nestled amongst 300 trees on large grounds next door to the Prime Ministers residence. For security reasons public transport isn't allowed in the street out the front so it's very quiet, you just cannot hear any city traffic. The rooms were large & well furnished.... More

We stayed at the Kabiki for 1 night as a layover before we went to Mondulkiri but it was an amazing stay! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful when we needed to book local transportation. They have a very handy tuk tuk price guide at the front desk so as a new visitor, you'll know how much to expect... More

A 2-story low rise hotel with a resort-like feel because of all the lush trees surrounding the entryway to the separate reception and rooms. Total rooms is only about 18 so attention by the staff to care for your needs is fast and efficient. We stayed for 2 nights and noticed there were 4 more families there with small children.... More

When you ask foreigners living in Phnom Penh about hotel recommendation, this always comes as a great spot far away from the noise yet still in a great location. Hidden in an alleyway, settled in a tropical garden, offers nicely decorated rooms, a swimming pool and professional service.
