Stayed here for a few nights. The grounds are meticulously kept and the staff will do anything for you. You have to go through a government security check point in order to access this property, so security is not an issue here. The rooms are older, but I don't go on vacation to stay in my room. The hotel is... More

Extremely private, extensive gardens, beautiful pool area and clean, contemporary rooms. Staff were diligent, helpful and friendly. At times hard to leave and head back out to the streets! Good central position and next to the president's residence so uniquely secure. Travelled with kids and felt completely comfortable having them roam the grounds of the Kabiki by themselves because of... More

We stayed at the kabiki for 3 nights and we loved it! Very nice garden and swimming pool. Also very quiet location close to public playground. What we also liked was the size of the hotel: relatively small. Friendly staff. Only disadvantage was the restaurant of the hotel.

What's not to like about this place, very reasonable price, great rooms, fabulous pool, the bar restaurant area is super with great food and cocktails. The staff are so lovely and friendly and the location is very quiet and tranquil but close to everything. Can't wait to return.

We live in Phnom Penh and have stayed in many hotels for short getaways but this one takes the cake! We stayed in room no. 1 near reception with 3 adults and our 3 yr old and 2 month old baby. From the time we walked in the gate every member of staff did their utmost to make us feel... More

We stayed at The Kabiki for three nights; my children ages 9 and 11 loved The Kabiki. It is centrally located amongst great small stores (Chocolate Shop, wine bars, etc) however, the kids never wanted to leave. The breakfast was amazing, they loved eating by the pool, and the pool was great. The room was great - the bunk bed... More

The Kabiki was a great find. Our room was clean, bright and breezy with a nice balcony. The swimming pool was fun. But the most impressive thing - after the location, pretty garden setting etc, was the breakfast. Fantastic! We looked forward to starting our days with a glass of passionfruit juice (special!) and a simple yet satisfying breakfast of... More

We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the pool was delightful and the breakfasts were delicious. It was also in a great location. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Phnom Penh.

The hotel is lovely with a park-like setting. The pool area and outdoor eating area are delightful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating is because my room was very dark and had a big step down to the bed area and I almost missed the step a couple of... More

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights and fell in love with it. The tropical gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful and provide shade from the hot sun. Its hard to believe you are in the heart of a bustling city. The priministers residence adjoins it so security is great and you have a private gated road leading... More
