Stayed four nights at the The Kabiki. Room was really nice and clean, and there was nothing else to complain about except the doors. Our balcony door (in room 14) didn't stay shut, unless you locked it from the inside. Also the outside door had quite big holes in the frames when you closed it. But that's all we can... More

Once arrived we were soon impressed by the tropical garden and amazing pool in the middle, and also the reception, in colonial style, is warm and spacious. The room was very big and confortable altough a bit dark, i guess that the room at second floor have much more light. Breakfast and food in general was great, the staff is... More

The Kabiki hotel was my travel partners and I's first point of call in Phnom Penh and we were not disappointed. Tucked away in the side streets of a loud and bustling city the Kabiki as promised delivered a calming and rejuvenating oasis. The pool and the tastefully appointed guest rooms flanked by an inviting patio Made our stay particularly... More

I really love this hotel because of the atmosphere and compound-type set up. The rooms are really beautiful, as is the hotel restaurant which is outdoors. The breakfast is really delicious - freshly made pancakes and eggs and a big plate of fruit. The tea and coffee are also very good. There is a table and small table outside in... More

Very good location in a car free district close to the Royal Palace. Nice and well-tended garden and a great pool. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

First of all: totally take the vintage 1970s Jag limo from the airport. Totally worth the extra $10! Second: the barricades at either end of the street mean QUIET courtyard unlike almost any other in the central area of Phnom Penh. Third: kiddie pool! The staff are SUPER helpful and can do almost anything for you. With a smile. No... More

This is a relatively small, family run hotel next to the Palace grounds. Consequently security is tight and access to the hotel is via a 100 yard lane that has guards and a barrier at one end. I was a solo traveller and had a really nice room but it was right next to the reception so you could hear... More

Recommended by a friend, this is a brilliant spot. An oasis is a great description. Quiet and removed from the busy streets Only a short walk to the Royal Palace. We did eat here - and enjoyed it. Beautiful pool. Lovely staff. Seems like a regular spot for some family visitors to Phnom Penh.
