Stayed here for a few nights whilst on a brief business trip and cannot praise the place enough - great location, food and service, extremely friendly and informative staff (the welcome and ongoing assistance from the young lady Sim at reception was first class). Room was clean and spacious and the whole venue very relaxing. Even the resident cat was... More

This hotel was safe however it was very hard for any tuktuk driver to find which was really tough for us to get around! It was clean but the restaurant is very pricey and their is not much around this resort so majority of the time we ended eating there. I liked one staff member the others were okay not... More

This was our third stay at The Kabiki and we chose again as we were with a family group that included young children, thereby disqualifying us from Pavilion or Blue Lime. We found that we were very happy to stay again and the other 7 family members were very happy with this choice. We have been to Phnom Penh a... More

Located near the Royal Palace and in the same street as the Prime Ministers Residence hence the security is very good as no cars are allowed into the street having to stop at barriers about 80m from the Hotel entrance. Whilst this has its advantages it also means a short walk each time to pick up a tuk tuk the... More

Lovely setting amongst the busy city of Phnom Penh. The grounds are reasonably green, with a lovely pool setting. (Although, the water did hurt my eyes.) It felt so nice getting back inside the grounds after very hot days out in the city. Good for business or pleasure. It's beyond a boom gate as the back of the prime ministers... More

with as a neighbour the prime minister. It is a safe place to stay, is on walking distance to the King's palace, the city centre, the Mekong river. It has a little swimming pool, good breakfast arrangement. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a reclaimed private house a stone's throw from the premier's residence so its a quite place but its quite close to the river front and happening places. The rooms and the entire hotel has a very un-hotel like look and feel to it....more like some people's private residence. Very well appointed rooms, quirky design and the best... More

There's lots of positives about this hotel, all mentioned in other reviews, the informative and friendly welcome, the green, cool pool, well kept jungle garden, seating and outside dining, convenience to Phnom Penh centre, peace except when we visited there was building work going on next door. The notice in the lobby warned us but a bit late by then... More

The hotel is quite clean and the room is spacious. Their welcome drinks are good too and staffs are friendly and ever willing to share. They speak ok English and they are willing to go the extra mile for special request. As we are next to the prime minister's home, it feels safe. I'll come here again if I were... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2015

Spent one night here in late July 2015. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was large with even more beds than we reserved. I paid for the room on a website but didn't have my paperwork with me, nor did I remember that I had paid, so I paid cash and took off in the tuck tuck... More
