When you enter the gate of the Kabiki, you immediately feel at peace in the lush greenery of the garden. The fact that the street is closed to traffic because the prime minister is the hotel's next-door neighbor contributes to the sense of calm. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful with things like airport pick ups and laundry, but vague... More

We stayed at the Kabiki for 3 nights at the end of June. It's conviently located within walking distance to the Kings Palace, National Museum and the riverfront which is fantastic for people watching and eateries. We stayed in a room with our two children, the room was average size with bunks for the kids. It had a very efficient... More

Upon arrival we instantly felt relaxed at the Kabiki. It is a small hotel with a tropical ambience- loved the garden and pool area. The room was delightful and the terrace area was lovely. The breakfast was also enjoyable. The hotel is in a quiet area but it is easy to walk to restaurants and shopping areas.

Nice garden, good pool, tasty breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, big room, welcome drink and small fruit plate, good location! This is a good place indeed! You will forget that you are in the noisy city! Juices and smoothies are great! Good job, guys!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Due to the hotel being located next to the President's house the street is blocked off from general traffic. This is actually a plus and makes the hotel very quiet with little road noise. When you walk into the entrance of the property, you are instantly met with tropical plants and fruit... More

We stayed as a couple for 2 nights. Rooms were very spacious, beds were huge and comfy. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We loved the setting, felt very tropical. Great location. Downside was breakfast, very minimal, set menu. Overall a nice place to stay.

We were in the room n•1 with 3 kids for 1 night, and we were happy to find this hotel in the middle of Phnom Penh so it was easy to come back every 4 hours to enjoy the pool. Nice service, quiet, perfect for 1 night

We stayed here for 1 night and it was an amazing stay. The room was very clean and had a nice little balcony. Lots of nice little touches like the fruit plate and soft furnishings - very boutique feel. The bathroom was quite basic and the room safe was broken but other than that it was fine. The lady at... We spent 2 nights in a delux room (well worth the little extra) at this gardeniferous hotel in Phnom Penh. The room was very spacious and very close to the wonderful bar and pool area. The property is very green - lots of trees and plants and is a pleasant place to hang out when you are done with your... More

We stayed at the kabiki for 2 nights with our 2 kids aged 4 & 6. This was truly a peaceful and tranquil place right in the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. It's very family friendly hotel and our kids loved the pool after a hot day of walking around the royal palace and museum. Rooms are spacious however... More
