The hotel is quite clean and the room is spacious. Their welcome drinks are good too and staffs are friendly and ever willing to share. They speak ok English and they are willing to go the extra mile for special request. As we are next to the prime minister's home, it feels safe. I'll come here again if I were... More

Spent one night here in late July 2015. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was large with even more beds than we reserved. I paid for the room on a website but didn't have my paperwork with me, nor did I remember that I had paid, so I paid cash and took off in the tuck tuck... More

The Kabiki is a cool, green gem; studded with tall ferns, palms and an emerging rainforest amidst the bustling charm of PP. The greenery is doubled in reflections from the mirror-like pool. On our arrival shy, smiley staff offer cool, scented towels to wipe the dust from our weary selves; iced lime drinks follow and a delightful nutty/jelly treat wrapped... More

This is a good 3 star hotel in a great location - walking distance to the royal palace - and good value for the money. Check in experience was the best ever - cold drink & towel, review of tourist sites on map with opening hours & dress requirements. Garden and Pool were nice but they run out of towels... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Kabiki and loved the location of the Hotel. It is walking distance to the Royal Palace and Wat Botum as well as many restaurants, local eateries and the trendy shops on Street 240. The Hotel grounds are an oasis in the busy-ness of Phnom Penh and being on a secured street, means that the... More

We spent 3 nights at Kabiki Hotel with only 19 rooms, during our visit to Phnom Peng, Cambodia… The rooms are great - well equipped spacious and very charming with a local edge to it. The pool and poolside restaurant is great and the service i outstanding.. Much more cozy than a big resort but everything you need is there... More

Absolutely beautiful hotel, amazing grounds, such a pretty place to eat breakfast. Our room was huge and stunning, with a four poster bed. The staff were super helpful and booked our onwards journey for us. We thought it was really helpful to have the suggested tuk tuk prices for different areas so we could make sure we weren't swindled by... More

Stayed at The Kabiki for 3 days. Best service, wonderful accommodations, beautiful surroundings. The staff could not have been more helpful. Especially want to thank Pissey, Fata, Channey for going above and beyond for us. The restaurant staff works so hard too. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and return without a moments hesitation
