We spent 2 nights in the Kabiki hotel. Its location is perfect, in a quiet private street of a nice district, in 10 minutes by foot to the royal palace and the national museum. The hotel is very nice with its big garden full of numerous and various trees, a big green swimming pool and a bar restaurant along. In... More

This place is fabulous. An oasis of calm, cool and quiet in the heart of Phnom Penh. The rooms are cool and comfortable, the staff are all lovely and very professional. Breakfast is wholesome and delicious. The pool area shaded and beautiful.

We stayed here for three nights (family with 3 children). Booking in a night earlier than planned we stayed in a superior twin as the family suite was booked out. The room was just lovely with two queen beds and an extra single, large bathroom with bathub. Plenty of space and gorgeous huge windows! The next night we moved to... More

A beautiful hotel, ideally situated in the centre of the City. Its an oasis of calm, surrounded with lots of lovely trees and plants. The welcome is wonderful, the rooms great. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. You can have a busy day exploring and then come back to the hotel to relax and unwind, have a swim... More

This hotel is situated down a private road because there is a large guarded residence opposite. This posed no problem. It is situated in large gardens and has a pool. Our room was very large and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can eat in their small terrace restaurant near the pool. Food was good. There were plenty... More

Have tried most of Kabiki's sister properties, including several stays at Blue Lime. Each has charm and interesting design features. Kabiki's low rise building nestled in a lush tropical garden with a lovely pool may have the prettiest setting. We were only here for one night. The properties always make you feel welcome with a cold towel and nice welcome... More

This Little Hotel in a quite area surrounded by a beautiful garden, is a perfect place to relax after a sightseeing day in Phnom Penh. The pool invites you to cool down and to listen to the birds in the garden in the shade of a big tree. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast with the fresh fruits is great. Last... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in Nov-13. We stayed in a room in the main house which was nice/ spacious but the most memorable features were not so much the room as the lush grounds situated off the quiet/ cordoned off street and the beautiful villa evocative of a colonial era. We endured a series of thunder/... More

This property gets so much hype here, i was expecting more after i balanced the opnions in reviews. Yes its quiet in the street and the villa is picturesque. The pool looks nice, but coldish as it doesnt get alot of sun. Heaps Of interesting fruit trees in the garden. But lots of mozzies- even in dry season. There is... More
