Nice hotel. Large rooms. Quiet. Only downside for a solo traveller is that hotel is not ideally located and is bit of a walk away from main centre of town where restaurants and shops are. Not the best neighbourhood for single female to be walking in at night to and from town centre.

Never expected that we would be welcomed with Sangria in Phnom Penh. Staff was friendly, The room had everything. Also Wifi. In the restaurant you could hear songs of the sixties and seventies. A bit outside of the city center, located near Wat Phnom, is this very nice hotel. Rooms are modern, clean and offer all services you want. Hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are very helpful.Doors restaurant,run by a Barcelona chef,is excellent - great tapas menu.Disappointing that no chair in the room to use on the balcony,only a small stool.Deluxe balcony category of room is nothing out of the ordinary but certainly comfortable.

What is great about this hotel is the friendly staff, clean rooms and the attached Doors restaurant for excellent dining. We can't comment on the price value ratio as it was part of a package. They have rooms without a window but we stayed in the deluxe balcony type.

Upon arrival nothing was explained correctly, staff had trouble understanding our questions. Rooms were ok but phone did not work and safe was locked and when asked for assistance no one came. The review of 'tripdogg' was completely right. BUT, i liked it. Good bed and shower, stylish, nice bar and restaurant part of it. It was the best of our trip of three weeks in Laos so far. If its on a good price, take it.
