Nice hotel. Large rooms. Quiet. Only downside for a solo traveller is that hotel is not ideally located and is bit of a walk away from main centre of town where restaurants and shops are. Not the best neighbourhood for single female to be walking in at night to and from town centre.

Never expected that we would be welcomed with Sangria in Phnom Penh. Staff was friendly, The room had everything. Also Wifi. In the restaurant you could hear songs of the sixties and seventies. They served tapas and sangria. The food was good, Breakfast was quite nice. Just in front of the hotel you could take the tuk tuk. The hotel... More

On arriving at a new destination I like to explore the surrounds of the hotel we are staying in for orientation and determining what is available locally. In this instance I managed to walk around 15 minutes in all directions to determine that there is nothing around that is easy to walk to. Tuk tuk is the way to go,... More

A bit outside of the city center, located near Wat Phnom, is this very nice hotel. Rooms are modern, clean and offer all services you want. The breakfast is magnificent in the bar 'doors' next to the hotel. It was the nicest breakfast we had on our trip of weeks! Wireless internet is not so good, but hey, what do... More

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The reception staff, friendly and helpful. It seemed a fair way from places of interest. The streets around weren't the sort of place you would happily wander around at night. We were disconcerted on our first night when we were woken at 1 am from a couple of drunken loud people who continued on... More

Hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are very helpful.Doors restaurant, run by a Barcelona chef,is excellent - great tapas menu.Disappointing that no chair in the room to use on the balcony, only a small stool.Deluxe balcony category of room is nothing out of the ordinary but certainly comfortable.

New nice hotel with a good restaurant there, for the time being run by a team of Spaniards. We have eaten there with old and new quite tasty. Perhaps the rooms are a bit noisy, but that does not compensate for the huge uproar in the very tourist area on the river side, which you also agree to pay at... More

What is great about this hotel is the friendly staff, clean rooms and the attached Doors restaurant for excellent dining. We can't comment on the price value ratio as it was part of a package. They have rooms without a window but we stayed in the deluxe balcony type.

Upon arrival nothing was explained correctly, staff had trouble understanding our questions. Rooms were ok but phone did not work and safe was locked and when asked for assistance no one came. Not sure if they were short staffed due to New Year. Upon leaving staff were more helpful. It is away from the main strip, best to just grab... More

The review of 'tripdogg' was completely right. BUT, i liked it. Good bed and shower, stylish, nice bar and restaurant part of it. It was the best of our trip of three weeks in Laos so far. If its on a good price, take it.
