Very clean and well sited hotel. Can be a but noisy if you have room on front which is a shame as the view of the Le Sap is great. Still, worth every Penny/cent . Stayed several times and staff always very friendly

the staff never unfriendly, clean and big room, a strategic location on the riverbank but sometime I could hear the sound of automobile running along the river road. many restaurants and bars nearby also to the night market and about 10m walk to the palace. good value!

clean but quite basic, good location, but not much of a value for $35. balcony room is a waste - balcony access is by a door on the main hall, so you pretty much have to keep your blinds drawn unless you want people looking in! we stayed on the 5th floor which was quiet at least.

The Paragon was fine from the check in to the check out. Rooms were spacious and the aircon worked a treat. The bathrooms became a bit messy with the way the shower was aimed & set up but for the price we paid it was well worth the money.
They helped book our bus travel onwards to Sihanoukville & we...

This is my 2nd stay at Paragon. Stayed 6 nights at $17/night for standard room without window(#403). It is worth the extra we pay for, to experience the atmosphere on the waterfront. Since my first stay in 2008, the hotel has maintained its quality and not deteriorated. The floor is spotless, linen is clean. Coffee maker in the room is...

Spent 2 months in Cambodia, April/May 2011, stayed at Paragon over 2 weeks spread out over my entire stay. Staff remembered me and were very friendly. I tried a couple new rooms, this time single rooms, on the 4th floor and was very happy with room 411. It was quieter than lower floors, the room was clean and good size....

I don"t understand the winging of people in earlier reports.
In NovemberI had a great stay at Paragon Hotel in a nice room, second floor with a balcony (not a private one, but almost only used by me) facing the street and river. It was clean and big enough. I knew upfront, that there would be some traffic noise 24hrs...

We stayed three nights. Service could have been more friendly and it was a bit of a nuisance having to go down to the lobby to get wi-fi. But we had a good room on the third floor with an excellent view over the river. High enough to have peace and quiet in the room.
