Spent 2 months in Cambodia, April/May 2011, stayed at Paragon over 2 weeks spread out over my entire stay. Staff remembered me and were very friendly. We stayed three nights. Service could have been more friendly and it was a bit of a nuisance having to go down to the lobby to get wi-fi. But we had a good room on the third floor with an excellent view over the river. High enough to have peace and quiet in the room. More
